Me personally, I don’t work out. Always have been super skinny and I’m cool with that. So no lifting for me. Don’t have a car so I walk a lot if that counts. I just bought a suit and got it tailored for meetings butni just dress comfortably in cargo pants and my favorite sneakers. I have been upping my grooming routine by shaving with a safety razor every other day and just being generally super fresh.MGTOW

I’m still in my twenties so women don’t even notice I exist. I’ve also had this trait about me of walking into rooms unnoticed by everyone in the room. If there weren’t cameras in most businesses, I swear I could walk in there, and rob the place clean. That’s how unnoticeable I am to women and even other men. And I’m loving every minute of it.

I only dress up when I’m out going to a movie or if I plan to eat out. Otherwise, I usually just stick to t-shirts and jeans.

I’m wearing a kilt. That garment works well in hot climates, and I don’t give a f~~~.

I plan on getting a few kilts as well. I’ve never worn one myself, but I know they feel great in the summer time. Especially during heat waves.

Kilts are awesome. Feel the breeze on a warm summer night. The freedom of them compared to tighter fitting clothes is great.

@ 50, still neat, presentable and in shape. Although at times I wondered was it my person or the
    wallet that mattered.

Gym visits 4 a week is pretty damn good – but SIX? You built like a brick s~~~ house or something?

I used to go seven before my injury. I like how it feels, always feel on top when Im done.

I do a split not full body everyday.

Tailored fit clothing, a bit of stubble, nice watch and I’m always conscious to wear a smile.

Cpig – can’t believe you wear a kilt. That’s brilliant. I have Scottish friends, but like you mentioned, they only wear it for certain ceremony’s.

I have to ask. Are you serious or just playing?

Since I had a a very long and big fascination about why some of my relatives made it over 100years,I become a longevity expert. For many years I studied why in some cultures many people lived for a very long time even just several decades ago, and why after start eating the western type of diet ( process foods …etc) their longevity started to decline. So I have my own diet now that many modern first world medical expert probably would fine horrifying hahaha… But I do my martial art conditioning ( I am a black belt )very much everyday, and most people told me I am around 40years old. Actually I am 57years, just had my birthday recently. I am still very strong and very fit and I still can do a split with out warm up even I am close to 100kg. My point is,a good looking man do look good naked too, so for a start you suppose to be healthy and fit. All the other stuff is coming after. But I am doing this strictly for me, and I could not care less what people think about my look. Man certainly you don’t have to agree with me,this is only my humble opinion.

I do, to some extent. I take a lot of walks everyday just to stay physically active in some way, and I take good care of my hygiene. As far as dressing up goes, I keep it very casual, and that’s all I’ll say in regards to that.

I don’t work out, as the only benefit I’d personally get out of that at the moment is physical attractiveness. I’m perfectly happy with the way I look right now.

Like many here, I try and work out 3 times a week. Having my own company means I go whenever I want – usually early afternoon to break up the work day. 5 minute walk to gym from the office, do about 45 minutes exercise then head back / shower at office building.

For work, sometimes wear trousers / jeans and polo neck, but for more formal meetings the blazer / shirt / shoes of course. But most of the time in office, especially in summer, I walk around in shorts, flip flops and a baggy t shirt. My company, my rules.

Beard and hair wise, I 99% keep stubble mostly out of laziness, but I learned to cut my own hair ten years ago and so every 2 weeks I enjoy keep a short, neat military hair style (short back and sides with a bit of spikyness on top) – I would recommend MGTOW to try and learn to do this as if you like a regular hair cut it can save you a fortune. My clippers cost me £20 5 years ago and they STILL work well. When its £10 a haircut, you can imagine the savings! Also, keeping a short, tidy haircut means if you do f~~~ up your own hair cutting, it grows out fairly quickly haha!

Although I am 32, when I dress up with effort, I look more mid 20’s so that’s cool, and I am quite tall at 6ft 2 and ex rugby / boxer / military man so I have kept a lot of my size and bulk, although certainly not 6 pack abs!

Walking around town though in day for food shopping, etc, I tend to dress down so that I try and not attract too much attention. But I have a distinctive walk / stride + my body shape means people who know me can spot me a mile away unfortunately.

I also do a bit of a “Clark Kent” and usually wear my glasses 80% of the time, but again, for more social activities I wear contact lenses.

Overall, I would say I try and look clean and presentable majority of the time, but when I am in my own environment I really don’t give a f~~~ and go for comfort more than anything. I lose focus if I am not comfortable!

Marriage?  No thanks, i'm not ready to be THAT miserable.

Zero trying here. When I’m not at work it’s knit cotton shorts and a T-Shirt with no markings. Sweatshirt or jacket when it gets cold enough. The last time I wore a button up was two or three years ago.

I haven’t cut a single hair on my head in over a year and my beard falls two inches below my clavicles. Imagine the Bigfoot from the Jack Links commercials, but with clothes on and you’re most of the way there.

It’s low effort for sure, but combined with my size it’s still an absolute fail for stealth.

I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

Yes, I do. My Brother-in-law first turned me onto the positive aspects of it. He wears one while he works on his farm. I asked him why, and he said it is cooler which is very true.

Southern Georgia is a hot and humid pit of hell April through September. Like Rennie said, it allows the breeze to flow better in the Summer.

It’s hard to believe something from Scotland would be of benefit in Georgia. I wear one when working in yard and casually around the house. I’m using my air conditioner less now too due to my kilts.

Down here a formal heavy wool Scottish ceremonial kilt is not what you want. They are starting to make them from lighter materials now. Some of my friends are now wearing them too. I hope it never becomes trendy.

I’ll admit it’s fringe, but they do work to keep me cooler.

@smad: I learned to cut my own hair too. It saves both money and time which is more important than money.

Shorts and tee shirt around the house. Long pants and Hawaiian shirt for trips to town. Never anything uncomfortable. Oh, I shave around the edges of my beard before going to town.

About the beard: I’ve worn one since month number one of leaving home for college. I trim the neck and under the chin because certain types of breathing apparatus won’t seal on top of hair. More importantly, I don’t like that oh-so-hip three day stubble look that all the TV actors are sporting these days.

Down here a formal heavy wool Scottish ceremonial kilt is not what you want.

I’ve got one of those. You’re right, it’s for winter wear only.

I’m 51 and have been checking my birth certificate for any “expiration notices”. 🙂

I keep in shape by working my gardens and lifting weights. I use to body-build and have always used weightlifting as a form of meditation. I keep my abs in shape to make sure they take stress off my back. (Pro-tip, have back pain? Train your core. A strong core keeps stress off your back and eliminates a lot of lower back pain.) So I take care of my “Mark 1” body because there are no spare lives in case I f~~~ up.

I use my long goatee and headphones to filter out most women. Majority of women don’t like facial hair and headphones keeps them from talking to me.

But seriously, now I want to be in my best shape so I can have a fun life. Travel, play sports, whatever. It isn’t so much how I look but just to be able to be active. I don’t care anymore if it makes women notice. It’s totally for me and how I want to live my life.

That’s how I am as well…I take care of myself so I can still enjoy being active hopefully into my 70s. My grandfather was going on bike trips around Europe until his early 70s. That’s a total victory. I don’t want to be the guy who at 50 is winded and red faced walking out to my car because all I do is sit around and drink. Eating well and staying active is for my benefit, not for anyone else.

I don’t go out of my way to dress nice to impress women though…I’m usually just a shorts, t-shirts, and hoodies kind of guy, but I’ll occasionally thrown on a polo shirt if I’m going out to dinner or something. Its not that I’m trying to impress women when I do…I just like to look a little more presentable if I’m going somewhere halfway decent.

Well, I try to look good but not because I want to pick anyone up or be hit on. You never know who you’re going to run into and I think grooming is a form of self pride.
That being said, I try to look good as I define it. Your definition may be completely different from mine. So if you think you look good, what does it really matter how everyone else feels?

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

    mens sana in corpore sano
A sound mind in a sound body. Exercise has a positive effect on my general well being, so I exercise.

When it comes to clothes though I don’t really bother. My wardrobe is so unimaginative that if you don’t look to closely you could think I am wearing the same clothes everyday, with a few exceptions.

I used to spend a fortune on clothes when i was younger with money i couldn’t really afford but so did my mates and it was just something that was part of the scene in the UK in the mid to late 90’s.

Oasis were my fave band and life was all about “ave’ing it!” Good times!

Luckily i was s~~~e with the ladies! Lol.

These days i’m not too bothered as i work on construction sites and am too exhausted for the gym, although i used to hit it. Cheaper average clothes are fine.

I look average but that’s fine with me 🙂

Personally, I don’t have to try to look good. (damn these new pain killers are good 🙂 )

I always get complimented on my looks, even when I am covered in dirt and oil. Apparently I am “one sexy old dude”.

Seriously though, when I get complimented now, I know it is for ulterior motives. It’s not about me, it’s about what I can possibly provide for her.
I always look to see if the “bulge” they are looking at isn’t in my back pocket. 9 times out of 10, it is insincere bulls~~~.
I am nuts, not f~~~ing stupid

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it
