Since marvel and dc comics are kissing the asses of SJW, I stopped buying their comics books!
At the moment I’m just collecting the ultraman and the “pokemon black and white” mangá and I wonder if you guys know of any good comic books series.
I became a MGTOW because this was the only logical solution for a man survive in a world replete of gynocentrism and biased against men!
I found the Black Lagoon anime and manga to be good. Except for a few changes both the anime and manga use the same storyline. Though, I prefer the anime, and the story arcs are in a different order between the anime and manga.
If you like space sagas, I highly recommend the epic four part Marvel Comics space saga Annihilation Wave, War of Kings, Realm of Kings, and the Thantos Imperative. The writing is on par with Babylon Five. The action shows everything from galactic war to political intrigue.
The Marvel Comics Earth X trilogy is also good. It has very good plot lines and plot twists. Very thought provoking writing. The appendix sections for those comic issues are worth reading.
The original DC Booster Gold series was good. It is about an immature man still coming to grips with the death of his good friend, while finally become the hero he always dreamed he could be.

Yugo The Negotiator.I am fond of the comics based on Star Wars, from the old days before Lucas sold out to Disney. I haven’t seen any of Disney’s.
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

I was going to suggest the 1990’s Tales of the Jedi comic series. Then, I remembered the character in the story, Nomi Sunrider. Widowed singled mother becomes one of the greatest jedi of her age. And she was very important to that storyline. And I decided not to mention that storyline.
That being said, Exar Kun really rocks the double-bladed blue lightsaber.
Kudos for telling Marvel and DC to suck it, so did I.
G.I. Joe Reinstated is very good. Modern or classic G.I. Joe is good if you like war comics.
Fuck this planet. Now, that I think about it. The IDW Transformers is very good. A few years ago, IDW finally had the two sides stop fighting and end their four million year long war. Since then, the two main series have been a “what now” situation for everyone involved. And it has been some great writing. From very dramatic, to absolutely hilarious, to very dark. But, it has been a good two series.
The various mini-series and backstories on what lead to that four million year long old war were also good reads.
Check out anything from Alan Moore. Like Watchmen. Or read Gantz. Check out some classic anime and manga like Cowboy Bebop, The Big O, Ghost in the Shell and Samurai Champloo.
To add to the Star Wars mention above, some of them are really good and some of them are total garbage, so make sure you dig around and get some recommendations you trust. The Disney/Marvel Star Wars stuff is…eh. I don’t really like it. I feel like they make Han into too much of a pussy-beggar and Vader into a bit of a pushover, but I’ve only read the first couple of issues of each of the series except the Leia series because, quite frankly, I’ve always found Leia pretty boring.
Mostly, I’d say, look into creator-owned stuff. IDW, Image, Vertigo, Dark Horse, and Top Shelf are some of the ones I recommend looking into. I love the Hellboy series. Good if you’re a fan of folklore, travel, history, mythology, and/or theology and the occult. I also just bought the first 3 omnibuses of Lone Wolf and Cub, which I have enjoyed. Southern Bastards is another one I enjoy that’s still running, but I’m a few issues behind on that one.
One I recommend with no reservations whatsoever is a series called Blacksad from Dark Horse. It’s a French/Spanish comic that has been translated into English and it’s about a private detective in the vein of old 1940’s-1950’s noir. Some people can’t get past the fact that the story is told through anthropomorphic animals, but I feel like that helps and sets it apart. Beautiful art and great stories. If you do check that one out, I recommend “A Silent Hell” and the original collection simply titled “Blacksad” which collects the first 3 stories.
cheers guys might check some of these out 🙂
last comics i read were punisher vs dr doom pts i&ii (90s) and the spiderman aniversary where
dr octopus becomes the new spiderman
