That reminds me. I read something similar to that in a magazine a few years ago. I wasn’t even looking for it, I just happened to be skimming through pages and it caught my eye. There was an entire article dedicated to encouraging women that they shouldn’t feel ashamed for constantly changing their minds. The standfirst said something like, “Does your partner tend to give you a hard time because you’re always changing your mind? Don’t feel wishy-washy, feel proud!”

I didn’t read the whole thing, but there was one quote from it that certainly stood out. It read, “Women often find themselves thinking, ‘Oh my God, why did I agree to that?’ It’s simple – because women are programmed to say yes, to please.” So, once again, it’s all society’s fault if a woman makes a gaffe. By all means ladies, carelessly dick around all of your friends and family by constantly saying that you’ll do one thing and then taking it back shortly after. Never mind how many people you might frustrate or upset in the process. That’s their problem. You’ve got nothing to be sorry for, you were progammed to be the way you are. It’s not like people’s mistakes are something that they should take responsibility for or anything.
