Can I afford to go out?

Raising prices because the statewide minimum wage was increased. And now the servers’ tips are lower.
Actions have consequences.
I generally don’t tip unless it looks like the server is in a pretty bad way (slow night, or they’re old). Tipping is OPTIONAL. I will NOT feel obligated to tip.
Food used to be CHEAP because WE would pay in many cases 100% of their employees wage. Now it’s EXPENSIVE AS F~~~ and we STILL have to tip?! F~~~ ’em. They didn’t keep up their end of the bargain and I’m certainly not going to get screwed with expensive food AND have to tip on top of it! They can go to hell.
My point was now everyones wage went up what about Walmart, etc. Is the price of everything going up?
Will all restaurants pass this through to customers?
Will tips now go to the owner? Usually waitresses get a s~~~ty wage + tips. Now the get a normal wage so shouldn’t be entitled to tips.
Will high end waitresses actually make less.
Will some companies go out of business?
