I am 18 years old as most of you know. I live in the State of Alabama. According to federal law, the legal age of adulthood is 18. The Alabama State law has set the legal age of adulthood at 19. Because of this law, I am not legally allowed to set up an account on a certain adult sex site(freelifetimef~~~book.com). I plan to sue the Alabama State legislature and the website for discriminating against me(if possible). Every man has a natural right to indulge in his carnal desires. I am being denied that right because of what state I live in and one of its stupid laws(Alabama Age of Majority Law). Alabama has the longest constitution in the world because of all the amendment’s created to revise stupid laws made by the State Government.

For example it is illegal to “wear a fake mustache that causes laughter in church”.

Now it’s kind of obvious that this state has its legal issues which is why it might be worth a shot to make a big State or Federal court case in order to change the law. What do all of you think about this? Should I go for it? Would sueing them actually work?

I'm married to the game, but she broke her vows.

A word of warning: Porn sites are famous for planting malware in your computer and identity theft. Frankly, they are worse than the social media sites. My advice: Steer clear of porn sites.

Mostly, this depends on how much money you have. Those legal team members need to pay off their luxury homes and flashy European sports sedans, you know.

This is a maxim about poker, that noble game, but it also applies to legal battles:

Look Around the Poker Table; If You Can’t See the Sucker, You’re It.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

do it if that’s what you feel is right. You’ll probably be 30 by the time anything gets resolved.

If you want the truth, then no you probably won’t win and its unlikely you’d find a lawyer willing to take a pro-bono (work for free) case over porn site access. Unless you’re rich and have hundreds of thousands of dollars to spend in a multi-year legal battle.

Now, if you wanted to join the military at 18 but the state law was preventing that, you’d probably have a case. But I’m willing to bet the federal laws allow it regardless of state laws.

Buy a pre-paid Visa card at Wal-Mart, have them mail you one with your name on it, and register using that. That site isn’t Alabama-specific so you shouldn’t have a problem (the server is probably located in another state).

Wait till your birthday, fighting the law is a lose lose proposition, sneak under the curtain of law, at least you get what you want… I’ve lost all respect for the law, knowing the law is above the law, the law breaks the law, but holds the common man to it like it’s the will of God, FTL!
