We joint divorced ourselves without any outside help (other than a court clerk who reviewed the paperwork I provided). Basically I’ve done all the work and she just had to agree with that in front of a judge. I was afraid it wouldn’t be possible because of our daughter together, but it was.
So basically we got divorced on my terms – we have joint custody, I have my daughter EVERY weekend, and pay minimum child support (agreed to go 50/50 on any medical, school and afterschool-related bills).
I was so glad this went through so smoothly. Divorces with lawyers and without mutual understanding and agreement get to be disastrous ugly and expensive. I was so afraid of the worst case scenarios that could entail. The relief when it was over and ended as a win-win situation was very therapeutic for my broken heart. Court battle would have made it a lose-lose situation in the end for sure.
But I still have to remain very cautious about the whole thing until its adjudication expires in 11 years
Anything goes wrong with her or goes good for me – she can drag me to court in no time.

Thank you for your reply Russky; I did something similar and pressed for out of court agreement. What I have found recently is how many men don’t know that you can settle out of court and have a magistrate witness it. This is what concerned me, that a lot of men responding to these videos all had no idea that this could be done and that they were under the impression from their lawyer only interested in getting money out of them lead them to believe that they needed to go to court and that they would lose.

That is why I posted this and wanted to get spread around.

After a campaign of multiple posts on every blog could find as well is anonymous saying that there was no reason for them to need my face to run through biometrics therefore Facebook was a new PRISM. They relented and unblocked my account it is open again.

So I have access to my business Facebook page Cheeky Industries again and started posting some of the new technologies and fun things that people missed while I was away.
