Divorce lawyers will always bring up DV

During the divorce process, regardless of who was “at fault”, the soon-to-be ex-bitch’s lawyer will nearly always introduce her to the concept of using domestic violence as an excuse for everything being the bloke’s fault to try and maximise the divorce payout and to make the divorce as confrontational as possible so that they can rack up the fees.

The commonly used model, even though it is mostly bulls~~~, is the Duluth model, specifically the “Power and Control Wheel”.

Some of the non-obvious items can be used by the feminist biased system to justify any male behaviour as domestic violence. e.g. “Using Male Privilege”

Using logic can be seen as domestic violence. Bonkers, but anything to give the slags more resources is used.

I was accused of emotional abuse because “I wouldn’t let her win an argument, because I’m smarter than she is.” (her words). Ridiculous but if the divorce had gone nuclear, the courts would probably have backed her on this.

My ex-wife’s lawyer tried this on hoping the accusation of domestic violence would make me agree to a higher payout. She was hoping for an outraged emotional response to further fuel the fires of the divorce. She didn’t get her wish.

Gents thinking of getting divorced or in the process of getting divorced – be aware of this bulls~~~ and recognise it for what it is, which is a tactic to try and extract more money. Be cool and respond accordingly, which subject to your lawyer’s advice, may be to ignore it completely.

Divorce Lawyers and Family Court only make their money if both parties are drug through the ringer. It’s a scam and a fraud. I predict a rise in murder/suicides of Family Court Judges and Lawyers. A woman who played apart in my kid been abused and ignored recorded death threats on my kid was made a magistrate when my kid hit the hospital bed .

She is a specialist in dv cases . Her husband who works as a lawyer as well goes under his wifes name because he to will not abstain from child abuse .

It’s always good to splash their Duluth model corruption all over the internet for other men to see.

It is starting to hurt the corrupt system in the court of public opinion.

In the UK there’s an organisation called CAFCRAP that deals with Duluth model and they always take the females side and lie and falsify evidence. The police falsify evidence based on Duluth model corruption. Professionals are hunting the agencies now too for their corruption.

The High Court has already warned police and social workers. There’s been a string of judicial rebukes that relate to feminist corruption.

It’s clearly Women’s Aid and some corrupt MP’s as the root cause.

Divorce lawyers who use fictional DV, those who deliberately generate conflict and those who ignore anyone’s interest except their own are a special kind of scum and a word is yet to be invented to adequately describe their despicable and loathsome natures.

On my local (UK) council website they blatantly use the Duluth model as guidance for DV. Which prompted me to post this after seeing it.

They also do not recognise that women can be the aggressor, there is no mention at all of men or children as victims. It is entirely female biased.

A very interesting read. Some quite detailed statistical analysis so feminists would probably ignore it as “patriarchal propaganda” because it uses logic and unbiased data.
I thought the analysis and conclusions were clear and very much against the feminist doctrine.

One bit stood out:

Examining within‐sex trends indicated that men showed lower levels of physical aggression to partners than to other men, whereas women showed higher levels of physical aggression to partners than to other women.

The first trend supports the “chivalry” theory (Felson, 2002, 2006), that men are in general more inhibited in physically aggressing to a female partner than they are to another man.

The findings for women would suggest that they are less inhibited in physically aggressing to a male partner than they are to another woman, perhaps because they know that chivalry will tend to prevent retaliation by a partner.

Unlike for men, where being a victim is individually distasteful so men will typically act to change their circumstances (becoming MGTOW as one example), women relish being in the role of victim.

It feeds attention-seeking, drama- seeking, blame-shifting and in the case of divorce brings cash and prizes.

Most women have no shame in playing the victim to maximum effect.
