    Gentlemen of MGTOW,

I’ve read these forums at length and have decided to upgrade my account as of today.

A few things about me: I got the house and 50/50 physical custody of my children. I also got the house, and the legal problem (I refuse to call her my wife) was arrested and removed from the home twice for threats and domestic violence. In my home state, alimony awards are not common and the father is not demonized. I coach all of my children’s sports, teach religious education, and I also volunteer at their schools. It is only a matter of time before I get my kids full time.

This isn’t my story as much as it is a call to action. I just wrote President Trump a message. Here is what I wrote:

    “President Trump,

I’m not sure if you are the first President who has ever been divorced, but I wanted to write a letter to you personally about the need to terminate alimony entirely from the United States Code. Women and men are equally protected under the law and both genders are capable of making the same or more money. I can understand the need for child support in some cases, but I’d like to see those numbers go down as well. Too many women have bastardized the welfare and child support systems, which goes all the way back to the early 1960s. This is sad, and a number of fathers experienced the blowback of these laws and were never really a part of their children’s lives.

I am a disabled veteran who is proud to have served honorably. I would also ask that VA Disabilty compensation payments not be included in alimony and child support calculations. Again, men and women have equal protections under the law, which negates the need for alimony any longer.

Bottom line Sir, I’m asking the following:
    1. Terminate all forms of alimony (including past decrees). There is no need for lifetime alimony to either gender.
    2. Lower child support amounts at the national level, which would get more people back to work and further drain the swamp.
    3. Take away the ability to calculate VA disability payments being calculated as income in the family courts. These payments are not taxed for a reason, and are given to the 1% who serve and fight for our country.
    4. Make custody determinations default to 50/50 physical custody for both parents. Scientific studies have shown that having both parents involved equally in a child’s life is beneficial. It also keeps the prison population down, even though there the family unit is no longer under the same roof.

God bless you and your family. You are doing great things in this country and you have my full support. Have a wonderful Christmas season. I am available to speak to you about any of these matters 24/7. I’m proud to call you my Commander in chief…”

Things need to change in this country. We can do it. Please contact your senators and the President weekly or monthly. If anyone else has had any success, please let me know.

Nice letter but if I am not mistaken divorce laws are State by State.

Any politician that attempted what you ask would be run out of office faster than you can blink.

I applaud the effort’s of MRA’s but ultimately it is a useless endeavor. Go your on way.

An executive order to terminate alimony? Would be nice, but I can promise you it would guarantee no second term. Not a woman in the country would vote for him. Then his successor would overturn it.

Women are better at multitasking? Fucking up several things at once is not multitasking.

Marriage laws are set at the state level.

    So are divorce laws.

Now given the marriage “industry” often crosses state lines, and that legal marriages in one state are recognized in the other states as a legal marriage, I am sure a President could use the Interstate Commerce Clause to federalize marriage laws.

One could also argue that if fedgov can force gay marriage on all 50 states, they can also federally regulate not only gay marriage, but actual marriage. If they can enact it, they can regulate it. One could make a compelling case.

Not that I am for that necessarily, because using the ICC this way has been how fedgov has unconstitutionally regulated and usurped powers not enumerated unto it.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

The Wimminz outnumber male voters- they will not allow a pollie to reverse their good fortune with abolishing Alimony.

Afinogyny.. from the Greek Afino {to abandon/ to set down/ to leave /to allow/ to let } + Gyny {Women} MGHOW’s philosophy to not engage women without “hating them”. Narcorca =Narcissistic Orca typically spouting to a bathroom mirror taking an arms length selfie ; Wallinate describes post wall females whose SMV is terminally negligible New Years resolution "To not make women happy" . Instadestitue: yet another Neologism for Men that cohabit with women that decide to pull the handle of intervention orders.

You do realize that executing such a request would put thousands of Lawyers, judges and other assorted personnel out of work, right?

    Lol.
    Nope!

Offer federal bonus founding for the prohibition of alimony.

Where the hell do you live, “Logic Land”?

In every other state unless the mom is crack smoking, alcoholic, meth selling whore the father NEVER gets custody.

I have 50/50 custody of my kids right now on a week on/week off schedule. My state is somewhat liberal as well, which helps in a weird way. I also volunteer around my kids all the time (coaching, at school, church, etc.). Even when I don’t have my kids, I still see them all the time. It drives their mom nuts. The best part is, I couldn’t care less how she feels.
