this 1 min video is only a guide.
    here’s my recipe..
1 1/2 cup low sodium Soy Sauce
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    6 cloves garlic
    1/2 a medium onion
    3 scallions
    1/4 cup Seasame Oil.
    some sesame seeds
    dash of black pepper
    dash of rice vinegar

    .
    grated ginger optional.
    .
    i’m using boneless pork ribs.
marinade overnight or 5 to 6 hours..
    Grill.
save marinade and cook till boiling for several minutes.
    Use that as a sauce,
over Rice w your choice of vegetables.
    .
Taste the marinade BEFORE you put meat in it.
    does it taste good ?
    it should.
Doctor it up and ENJOY your dinner.
    Bon Appetite !!!

Looks nice, have to try this.

I have made today mash up between paella and risotto with pork meat, mushrooms, few shrimps, proper tuna meat, vegetables, proper seasoning, all in one dish, but it works, man, cooking skills are amazing.

    yes…so true !
and i prefer grilling on an outside BBQ to be the best.
    this korean dish is CRACK.
if you just had a 7 course dinner,
and you took 1 bite of this,
    you’d be hungry again !!!

I ate at BD Mongolian grill on Thursday, and filled my bowl with scallions, mushrooms, and about 3 lbs. of shredded prime rib.

I used teriyaki sauce, garlic, and a splash of vinaigrette.

Very similar LOL. And it was just amazing.
