so it’s a strap on for transgender girls to feel like they have a penis like the boys. whatever happened to just being a tomboy until you grew out of it. now a kid goes through a phase and it’s a lifelong gender decision. every kid i know has tried on opposite gender clothing or done other things out of curiosity. that’s normal at around 3-5 years old. it doesn’t mean the kid is transgender or gay or whatever. maybe they are transgender but give them time to know for sure. 4 is too young.
