    Greetings everyone!
I’ve already noticed that meat and bread take longer time to transform into energy than fruits and vegetables. Therefore, I started eating meals without meat and bread. Suddenly, I realized that this method works. Meals become lighter (you feel less weight in your stomach).
How do you feel guys when you eat? Do you agree with me? Give me suggestions please.

There is a reason why people who diet avoid sugars, some meat, bread, diary, and starchy foods. So much information out there on diets and food to make a good comment but if you do your research you should be able to find a balance between eating meat, fruit, and vegetables.

It’s ok to add a baked potato to that big medium-rare porterhouse, kimosabe. You’ll be feelin’ just fine as you burp while pushing yourself away from the table!

Yep good digestion is important. You could also check out Ayurvedic medicine/approach to health (an experienced doctor only) – good digestion is a key part of it. It helped me in the past. For me raw milk is easier to digest.

Food is basically energy in, energy out. I tend to eat more when I am active, less if I don’t have much on.

Generlly the energy from food takes about 3 hour for you to be able to utilise that energy. If you make healthy juice it can be absorbed quicker.

Exercise is an import part of staying healthy, but what you eat throughout the day makes just as much if not more of an impact on the resuts you achieve.

For putting on muscle or bulking, more food in along with reistance training helps build mass.

Feeling full is subjective as your stomach stretches and shrinks based on the amount of food you are used to eating.

I eat less now in my forties than when I was younger. Maybe I don’t burn as much energy as I used to, but also I am content with less so just go with it.

I try to eat a range of healthy foods make it a big deal each meal, atleast to eat enough food and a range of healthy foods through out the day.

Stay away from Red meat! It takes up to a week for your organism to fully process it!

The amount of time that something needs to be digested is something useful to know, but not always “lighter”/faster is better.

If I’m going to be without eating for 4 hours, for sure I will have red meat, to be sure that my body will be digesting & receiving some nutrients slowly. Fat and fibers also play a crucial role on this, a salad with olive oil will help too.

But if I need really fast energy, free form aminoacids and a banana, throw it in the blender with water, it will be digested and get into your blood stream really fast.

Both situation are the very opposite of each other, and there are several points between them (tilapia, chicken, beans, egg whites, whole eggs, white rice, etc….). Change your meal composition based on a goal, face food as fuel, you will need fuel for something, so you choose what you gonna put into your body based on that “something”, if it is lift weights, recover from an injury, run, sleep, work, etc… You can always fine tune your meals to fit best to your goal.

for someone who claims to do a lot of things on your forum profile page, you don’t seem to know a lot of really basic things. Wikipedia may be a better place for you to hang out in.

I think May 7 is referring to this⬇

Ain’t it nice to have a genius among us! Unless that profile is shared between a whole bunch of professionals? 😜

they tell me that fruits and vegetables are the most healthiest things to eat. they can be a decent source of fiber and vitamins, while having low calories.

breads is the next best healthy thing to eat. but yeah, most breads at my store have a lot more calories than fruits and vegetable. fruits and vegetables are known to have more water whereas bread is usually more compact.

meat can have a lot of fat and calories, unless you eat lean meats; probably even because of the abundant oils naturally within them. meats also sometimes have a lot of sodium, saturated fat, traces of transaturated fat, and cholesterol. all of these can be unhealthy in excess.

Keymaster, oh no, you are failing to pretend to be different people. We see right through you. Maybe you should go take a shower and sleep in a real bed, instead of a van, then you can think clearly.
