Yeah He should have been truthful and said yes there is a gender bias, men are only little over a third of the workforce in this company.
But because he didn’t say women and LGBTQAI+ individuals were victims etc he has been punished.
Punished not for overlooking the fact that he is a minority in his industry, but rather for forgetting to include the femenist propaganda that genders other than his are actively victimised.

He unfortunately told the truth about women being offered senior management positions and declining
them most of the time.

When I was in College I worked one summer in a Ship Yard.I saw all these women working in this air-conditioned clean offices.Few women wanted to make more money welding,sand blasting or stringing electrical wires in ships bottoms or up the mast.They want to make the same money that men doing dangerous dirty things that men do for the pay.
Women sit in these a/c offices dressed in skimpy clothes to look sexy for the big Bosses ,Architect or anyone that can and willing to give her the job she was born to do.That job is sleeping late watching The View. and shopping. Men have to wear suits and ties in theses offices and suffer unless there are Hot flash old bags that are burning up when the room is set to hang meat.Working in anoffice with women is a law suit just waiting to happen

Yes these are the “buyers” they are reflecting. NOBODY gets to say there is “no gender bias in advertising”. It’s not even debatable. Just watch the 25-part “misandry in the media” youtube series for a good look at gender bias in advertising.
