Did Marvel Comics accidentally get one right on hate crimes?

I occasionally watch videos on youtube made by a man going by Capn Cummings.

I find his videos to be thought-provoking and entertaining.

I watched this video. It is about a scene in the Secret Empire Marvel series where it is a crime to insult and provoke mutants. In the video, Capn Cummings called this a “thought crime”, but this is more a “hate crime”.

In the video Capn Cummings points out the hypocrisy of the concept of hate crimes. But, there is another angle Capn Cummings may have missed.

In the Marvel Comics series mutants can range from having no powers to being walking weapons of mass destruction.

From one sane point of view, it would logical to make it a crime to insult and otherwise provoke those whom may have the power to level a city.

This is like picking a fight with someone whom has a firearm. It is idiotic. For the stupidity alone, which could lead to many people being hurt or killed, might be justification for doing so to be considered a crime.

I can see arguments supporting for both sides of the issue.

Considering all the times in the Marvel Comic universe, where people knowing p~~~ed off the Hulk and other powerfully destructive beings, which lead to a lot death and destruction, such a law might being justified.

Though, I believe if this is the case, those are Marvel Comics accidentally found a justification for a hate crime in an ass-backwards manner.

Marvel Comics is a train wreck to me. I am not spending much money on comics. A few issues here and there.

But, the reviewers like Capn Cummings make some entertaining commentary on the SJW bulls~~~ the Marvel Comics company has decided to follow.

Though, MCU and the latest X-men movies have been very well done. Guardians of the Galaxy 2 was an awesome father and son movie. The creators of the movie also made fun of SJWs in that film (the Sovereign are like SJWs that are show to be the spoiled children they truly are.)

Logan was a great generations movie that was both father and daughter (Logan and Laura) and father and son (Logan and Xavier, not sure which is which).

The X-men Prequel movies have been good. Each movie building on the other.

And Deadpool showed how to do a truly insane, violent, off the wall movie and be awesome about it.

Modern comics suck there is a reason why older comics are worth a lot of money because back then even though the art was not as great as you find today the story and message was a million times better then what you find today.

This is all an insult to two groups of American. To the hard working American people who voted for President Trump. And to the American soldiers whom fought, in World War II with some of them being killed.

Almost, everyone has been joking for years that Steve and Tony are like a married couple. A Steve/Tony shipping storyline that is well written and done right would sell out off the shelves and given Marvel Comics that female market share they crave, which they do not have because they are SJW shills.

Chances are, with the Spider-Verse storylines, there likely is one. And with multiverse twists, that one is likely a conservative/nationalist whom voted for Donald Trump in his/her reality.

Nick Spencer, the man behind the anti-American garbage Secret Empire comic storyline, is likely on his way out at Marvel Comics. Secret Empire comics are not selling, they are using accounting tricks to bump up the sales numbers. Nick Spencer has been trolling his fans, his bosses, and Americans in general.
