Couldn’t help but encourage this little quote from The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford a brilliant little movie made some years back starring Brad Pitt and several other laudable actors.

This bandit western is a paced but enriching film you’ll be glad you devoted your attention to.

One of the best quotes, MGTOW style, in response to their slow-witted friend having been sweet talked into paying for sex with a whore…

Dick Liddil: “My love said she would marry only me, and Jove himself could not make her care, for what women say to lovers, you’ll agree, one writes on running water, or on air.”

“Poetry doesn’t work on whores.” he follows with.

Anyway. You could quote the daylights out of this wonderfully scripted and well shot movie. Check it out and enjoy a few cinematic red pills along the way.

    Brad Pitt is Jesse James

    I do remember that movie.

Watching an old movie with the MGTOW mindset can sometimes ruin movies you liked before.

I will have to watch this one again!

My knowledge of westerns is not that extensive, nor my collection. Beyond The Good Bad and Ugly and some of the same ones that play on TV constantly (Tombstone) I don’t know many.

    My collection includes
    “Westerns” that aren’t real Westerns:

There Will Be Blood <- extremely close, arguably is a western
No Country For Old Men <- feels enough like one that I put it in
The Proposition <- This is definitely a western but its set in Australia. I f#*king love Guy Pierce in everything he has ever done. He can do no wrong. Like the movie Rover which is in my collection of Westerns, I don’t care what people think, its a western LOL

A few more I liked: True Grit (both), Django (can’t say I like Tarintino but he is what he is, Django is a solid movie) The Homesman (this movie is worth watching for Tommy Lee Jones alone but you will not be able to predict stuff, plenty of red pills and just a good time). Slow West (blue pill to the gills but if you like Michael Fassbender, its tolerable)

One more fake Western, The Way of the Gun feels enough like a western. Basically if there are guns and a desertscape, its a western lol

I got a bunch more fake westerns that I love but whats the point 🙂 Lawrence of Arabia feels like one but it’s a truly a War movie.

Well worth watching. The soundtrack is also amazing. Nick Cave and Warren Ellis did some fantastic work.
