    Perhaps they should stop paying taxes for a system that has relegated them to 3rd class citizens?

    Poor services and 3rd class citizenry earn denial of tax demands! That’s why we stopped paying taxes here in B.C.F.C. under CEASE AND DESIST! No SERVICES, NO TAXES!

    Detroit was notorious for their poor services. Call the Police and they show up an hour or two late, or not at all.

    Call an ambulance you bleed to death waiting for them to get there.

    Now shop keepers will be doing this “Green Light” program to get the services they were already paying for.

    Maybe if they got the Crime rate down to a reasonable level, they wouldn’t need any of this bulls~~~. Why has Detroit always been the Murder Capital of the USA since the 1980’s!!! That’s what they should be trying to figure out.
