I work at desk 97% of the time 14 hours a day 7 days a week. So to do something I have been using a Grip Trainer. I was wondering what you guys do. The trainer I am using is the GD Iron 90.

That is one fancy machine! I only know about the ones that looked like a metal spring coiled around itself two or three times. When I pump urethane by hand, to hold windshields / windscreens in place, I often joke to the younger fellas, “There will be no jerking off tonight ’cause my forearm is dead!” 😉

Nothing wrong with getting your workout by actual work.

There is a brand of grippers like the ones you are talking about that go from 10 pounds to over 400 pounds. I just can’t remember what they are called. Apparently only extremely serious bodybuilders/weight trainers ever use those.

    I lift the desk.

no seriously I lift my f~~~ing desk when the kids in my class p~~~ me off. When I drop it, it makes a great CLANG noise that gets everyone’s attention. Shuts everyone the f~~~ up.

Careful man! if your grip gets too strong you might rip your johnson off by accident.
