Just got notice from my attorney that my divorce deposition is scheduled for February 14, 2018. So appropriate as that is MGTOW Day, formerly known as Valentines Day.

This is almost a year from the date she filed for divorce in March of this year, She keeps changing her mind on what she wants in the settlement so we can’t resolve anything. At least the court can make the decision in March, 2018. Counting the days down to being a free man again.

Do NOT under any circumstance rely upon the “court” to make a decision about anything—except to continue to another date in the future.

The “court” has a definite interest in NOT concluding anything and rather lick the can down the road. First because the court will cater to the indecision of your wife and secondly more court dates mean more money for lawyers…sorry man.

Yep. Pete already addressed this issue. Family attorneys get paid by the hour. They have no interest, whatsoever, in wrapping this up in a timely manner. Do NOT hold your breath for a speedy resolution.

every issue brought up in court consists of three phases

complaint…bitch complains about something. you have 2 weeks to answer the issue.

discovery…you bring your evidence refuting the bitch’s claim, judge makes a decision. you have 2 weeks to prove you paid the bitch, fixed the problem or you will go to jail for contempt.

resolution, sworn testimony…a trial. issue resolved or jail.

each issue takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending upon the attendance of the bitch. attendance for her is optional. for you, it is mandatory, or a bench warrant will be issued for your arrest.

Good advice, the only problem is I just turned 63. I don’t have time to recover with future earning. Hope to give her the residence and keep my retirement accounts. Her desire is to punish me in all ways including financially. My plan is to retire at age 64, I can live on Social Security and a part time job if I have to.
