There is something new about the website that locks my computer up. I have no idea what it is, but it’s pushing my kill the whole f~~~ing world button. What did you do? Every time, the first time I log in, everything freezes, not just the page, my entire f~~~ing computer acts like it has Down’s Syndrome. Nothing short of a hard restart solves the issue.

Try different web browsers. Just to see if it is a compatibility with the browser or an add-on to the browser. I use firefox and have not had any lockups with website.
Mozilla Firefox
Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge (if you are using windows 10)
Apple safari
Opera
BraveIt is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion, it is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shaking, the shaking becomes a warning; it is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.
No problems here. Safari.
But a year and a half ago, there were some issues…
Anonymous42The website is mad at you for being absent so long, I’ll bet that’s what it is!
Ever since the changeover my Avast safezone browser is unable to connect to this website. I have to use firefox now. I attribute this malfunction to the electrons in my computer all being female trying to ex-communicate me from my own hive.

Anonymous1Have you tried a different web browser?
Is this the only site you’re having issues with?
Is there an error message or does it just crash?
Are your colleagues able to access the site?
Have you tried rebooting?
I’m not making fun, it just reminded me of my days in IT 1st line support.
Firefox is going off the deep end, so if you’re using that, it might be the problem. Mine has been going stupid whenever I try to search things via bing. Also, they’ve been trying to sensor all kinds of s~~~, so there is no telling if that is doing the damage or not.

Good evening. We haven’t changed any major frameworks in a while, in fact, we’re working on forward thinking with a new framework. Yesterday the youtube “channels” section got an update, but otherwise were standard + 3 years over here.
If YOU are outdated that could be a problem, but the site should fly on latest versions of Safari / Chrome / Firefox. Even the menus and top off the homepage were just redone about 10 days ago and it’s much better on mobile and tablets – although there is much to do.
I’m over here right now testing some stuff on the very latest “beta” ( he he ) framework.
What did you do?
The forums are virtually unchanged. There is REALLY no reason the site would be “worse” – or even “different”.
Use the contact form and just click send. Say it’s “Smitty” and it will include what kind of computer / browser and OS you are using. Then I can look into it.

Well I can tell you that’s definitely NOT the website.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.well damn….

I don’t now jack freakin’ s~~~ about computers.
But I have three buddy’s that work at Microsoft and I live by what they tell me when I call with a problem and it always gets fixed by one of three things:
System Restore
Different browser
or
Running a current virus and security scan.

It can’t be Firefox, it’s my main browser and I’ve never had problems logging in.

Anonymous3I use a Firefox derivative/fork, called PaleMoon. Haven’t had any issues with it on this site, so I can confirm that browser works too.
