Dealing with women in business

While I avoid them at all costs, Mike Pence style, recently I engaged in an online inquiry. I wanted information on an item for sale, and was told by the female Internet sales manager they didn’t have the ability to either answer or modify the internet listing.

What authority does the Internet Sales Manager have if no ability to impact Internet sales?

Has the company this woman works for decided to block her from doing her job, to isolate her in a web of safety? Or are they willing to sacrifice internet sales by putting someone incompetent in charge?

While I want to know, I just informed her Male manager and walked away… it isn’t worth it.

I will continue to walk away and not meet, deal with, or engage women unless I have to. The value isn’t there compared to the risk.

No longer can we walk away, we must run. Remove the motive power.
