So what, fly under their radar, stay away from their quantity laws and then it gets kicked down to the state level and so on and so forth, therefore a guy with a few plants can’t be prosecuted persecuted and broke no laws, but the guy with 10 acres being cultivated for trafficking purposes really gets screwed!

I have a feeling here in legalized Massachusetts pot gardens are going to be in every pot smokers back yard. I suspect plant theft will be on the rise. Perhaps I should market an electronic pot garden security system.
