I have heard that DDJ is an actual attorney, so this dialogue makes sense.

He worked in the field but he’s not an actual practicing attorney with a bar card etc. But he mnkwa his stuff.

Sadly most attorneys would never shaee the information hw shares for free. Time is money to an attorney some I wouldn’t believe surprised if they’re hating on ehat ddj is doing helping dudes out lol

DDJ is a paralegal with 10+ years experience in family law, he has never represented himself as an attorney. Paralegals do a lot of the heavy lifting for attorneys such as legal research, interviewing clients, drafting pleadings, drafting and answering discovery, drafting motions, preparing evidence etc. They do pretty much everything a lawyer does except give legal advice (this is why DDJ always prefaces anything he says regarding the law with “I am not a lawyer, and you should seek legal counsel”), represent clients, or argue cases.

Paralegals are not “legal assistants” as Cris Kantu likes to call him. A legal assistant is the equivalent of a secretary. Paralegals know as much about the law as a lawyer.

I expect this whole business will blow over if Angry MGTOW finds a good lawyer who will explain to him that not only does he not have a case, but pursuing this lawsuit will be very costly. However, like tends to attract like, and I suspect that AM will find an unethical lawyer that will take the case only to bilk money out of him.

DDJ deposing AM would look something like this:
