I had a very irritating time on the phone getting through to customer service on 2 things.

When I got through to customer service with my phone company, the first attempt was with a woman and she was useless to me as dog s~~~. I told her my problem with my phone service and instead of helping me herself, she transferred me to her supervisor. Instead the line got disconnected without getting through first. So I tried again and waited on hold for another 30 minutes (while listening to a Mexican woman voice operator jibber in Spanish after I pressed 1 for English). Anyway, then I talk to a male customer service operator and telling him my phone’s problem, he was able to do the work to search for documents and to resolve my phone service problem without doing anything else. I finished feeling relieved. That’s one time a man is more effective than a woman.

The second customer service person I called was to make a annual physical exam with my doctor. The first representative was a female and I gave her the information she needed except one part. She needed information that my insurance card didn’t provide and she told me to call my insurance company to get that information. Nice. Instead I checked last year’s medical card for that information, which it did have. So I go to call back and this time I get a guy. I gave him my information without that member ID she needed and I was still able to make the appointment with no trouble. So why did I need to provide 3 letters to my insurance member ID with a woman, but a man didn’t care and just processed my request anyway?

Between this and another encounter with Amazon 2 years ago, I can say that women customer service people are useless as cow s~~~ and men are able to fix the problem easily. I see this every time. Whenever a woman is suppose to “help” me, she does nothing but give me a line of bulls~~~, but a man will help me perfectly every time.

God, woman are so useless! I can’t believe they get these jobs when it’s clear a man will do it right every time. Women demand equal pay all the time, and for what? To screw up and be unhelpful?!

So I dealt with phones, operators, answer machines that spoke in the wrong language I pressed 1 for 2 hours because woman can’t be any service which I guy did in far less time.

Customer service are there to protect the company and are very often trained to block and stone wall you if you have complaint/issue.

I have not had the same experience. I have found that, with patience, I get more of what I want from women than men. Men tend to be more protocol, and I can get women to be more willing to just do the faster process. It can be tedious. I did have a woman nearly ruin a very important financial loan, and then try to blame me for it. Women need more time to get things done, but you can get more from them than from men.

What you have discovered is the reasoning behind the “wage gap” women complain about. People who work harder than others and fix others mistakes get compensated better.

Men just get it done, women spend more time p~~~ing & moaning about something than the actual time spent solving a problem.

As for men doing things by the book: we have to. Otherwise we get our asses chewed out by management. No pussy pass allowed.

Don't chase tail. Turn yours around, walk away, and live free!

Simply put, women don’t give a s~~~ sandwich about helping you with your customer service problem… easier to pass you along to the next guy while she messages Chad on the company dime.

I always tell the first person I talk to to send me to their supervisor. CSR’s are mostly worthless
