I played without sound, so I could easily miss something, but that looked like hotel property. In that case, it is best to walk away and avoid the drama. Legally, I think her threatening manner justified self defense, but it is not a clear case and would be costly.

If it were private property…I don’t think I’d even let the discussion go on. I really need to sit down and consider what I would do if a woman went crazy while at my home, and there are no witnesses. At the very least, I would start recording audio while I instruct her to leave the property. I don’t know if calling the cops would help or hurt the situation, since she is likely to lie to them.

They handled it perfectly. They were all recording the event and captured her verbal threats and her attempted assault and battery (I’m sure they have similar laws there as the U.S.). He defended himself and they set her down nicely outside of the property line.

I went to London last January and a chick in a dance club tried to start a fight with me. I was sitting at the bar and kept my change in front of me at the bar. Well the British mousy looking chick one guy over, her boyfriend, asks me why I leave money on the bar and it could get stolen. I told her that I wasn’t concerned that anyone would steal my money.
