This is why I’m afraid to be a landlord.

The wiser among us landlords invoke a stringent, outright draconian, no pets rule.
Yes, they still have their damn cats, but they sneak them in and clean up after them — lest they be evicted.
Men must be “mean” from time to time to prevent disasters!
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
I watched this video a few years ago. Man oh man, this lady really does have some emotional problems. I wonder what she smelled like at her job (maybe that’s why she was fired). I mean, seriously: how hard is it to pick up a pizza box and throw it into a garbage can outside?
And another thing: do you guys notice that most of the hoarders on reality shows are usually old, divorced women? Their kids are all grown up and the husbands aren’t there to criticize their behavior…so they get lazy!
"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

Normally I would say this is why you only rent out commercial space, but, well, with the economy so persistently f~~~ed (a.k.a. the democrat’s “new normal”) there’s a hell of a lot of space out there already going vacant, but still taxed to the hilt, so that’s not a guarantee either.
Maybe high end rentals? Or vacation rentals? Not a lot of cat ladies can afford $5k a month.
This is in the future of feminists.
Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.
Anonymous11I had this piece of s~~~ roommate who did the same thing to my guest room. It took 14 months to get the odors out of the room, and that was with hundreds of hours of a 160W 7500 cfm fan forced air ventilation every chance I got. I probably blew $500 in electricity and natural gas when you factor in the HVAC costs of dealing with the hot and cold humid air from the process.
The f~~~er showed back up wanting to stay again a couple weeks ago. I sent him packing to the homeless shelter.
This house is forever f~~~ed.
She’s got p~~~ jugs! That’s exactly what I thought when I saw the containers of yellow liquid on the counter. Hahah!
