I don’t see this as being “pro” according to the Artist Fabrizio Galli the float was called “The Master Drone.”

Here is an excerpt from the festival’s website:

I interpret this as a mockery and critique of Trump and America. I don’t see how Styx can possibly interpret this as pro.

The artist copied a pro-Trump meme joke so well that the statue is considered Pro-Trump, the costumed dancers accompanying the float added to the Pro-Trump feel.
