I recommend you visit with your buddies, if they have son’s then drag them along to.

Las Vegas! (Been there twice. First time was gambling.)
I took my best friend and his son on a road trip to Vegas. The kid was 16 and had no idea what was in store. First 2 days we hit the typical fare of food and some sights. While at the pool he said he felt like a t-bone being around cougars with all the post-wall women at the pool watching him. (I was rolling on the floor with that one) Then we took him to…
    Mini-Gun
The kid wouldn’t stop smiling for a week. He got to shoot a s~~~load of guns and his father videoed it. Then we headed off to NM to watch a Thunderbird’s Air show. However, my friends wife watched the videos the kid was posting on FB and went apocalyptic. She forbade her son from ever being near me again. The kid said he was now the coolest kid in the school thanks to all his FB friends watching him shoot a mini-gun and shoot machine guns and a sniper rifle.

Yellowstone Park. Visit all the geothermal sites. It really gives you a sense on how you are standing INSIDE one of the largest volcano’s in the world.

Maine Coastline. Rugged, awesome hiking, Seafood, beautiful, fishing, and oh yea F~~~ING AWESOME SEAFOOD. Git in my BELLY you f~~~ers!!

NY Finger Lakes Wineries. Go Hiking and camping around the Finger Lakes for a week and get drunk as a skunk for an entire week hitting the dozens of wineries. Oh God my liver…

I haven’t done this yet but its on my bucket list.
    Hawaii National Volcano park. This.

The poor kid is being pussified by his is mom! My mom had little or no control over us when it came to s~~~ like that, one time we were blowing off M-80’s in the backyard and she came out to yell at us, that is until she saw my father was having fun with us! We were the noisy loudest neighbors on the block, especially the modified 2 stroke dirt bikes! I5t would have been cheaper to station a police officer out front to answer all the complaints! C~~~y f~~~ing neighbors!

    Anyway, back on topic…

My favorite places to visit are far off the beaten trail, being in places that you’re likely the only one to ever stand in that spot.
I chose Back-country skiing in Rockies and Wasatch if I had a magic door that took me anywhere!

snorkeling the reefs and roaming deserted white sand beaches like on Turks and Caicos big island – somewhere far from civilization. probably the closest place to Heaven I’ve ever been to
Lots of places in the Caribbean off the beaten path would do.
