I think I’ve found something I like doing to pass the time, and its cooking.

One thing I want to do next is learn how to batter and deep fry chicken breast.

Deep frying is not something that I’ve done before. Can any of you single male chefs give me an easy recipe, and maybe some tips to avoid f~~~ing it up? Thanks boys

My uncle had a deep fry chicken stand, the important thing is having the oil hot enough, too cold and it doesn’t drip free of the batter giving you a “greasy heartburn experience” I forgot the exact temperature but you can look it up.

I also have an industrial fry’o’later in storage that just needs a good cleaning, I would love to deep fry one of the turkeys I’m raising! Walking to crispy in 24 hours (brine soaking).

Whatever comes to mind just look it up on the web and everything you want to know about cooking is out there.

The main thing I learned are sweet, salty, sour, and hot can be mixed and matched to make entirely new flavors.

I love nothing more than a good garlic saturation when you can feel it coming out your skin! Boil a garlic in olive oil with a roll for dipping and I’m in HEAVEN!

Honey taste good with chicken, maple syrup too, but just a little.

    Good for you bro.

I’m veggie now but back in the day here is what I loved to do.

Get yourself a small fry daddy. Google a simple buttermilk recipe to soak the chicken in. Dip in flour and breadcrumbs and then fry.I used Crisco oil. Enjoy bro.

    Peace is > piece.

You can fry chicken in a cast iron pan the traditional way, and it has its pros and cons. The biggest con for me is that it’s hard to control the oil temperature as it drops when you put the meat in.
I bought a small counter top deep fryer and it’s a perfect size for one person.
    fryer
It heats the oil up to the correct temperature and then increases the heat automatically when food goes into it, just to keep the right temperature during the frying. Also, I’ve discovered avocado oil. Very high smoke point, 500 degrees F, no avocado taste at all.

    This is how I do it;

    – Put chicken pieces in buttermilk and spices overnight
    Next day,
    – Dredge the chicken pieces in a flour and spice mix of your choice and shake off excess
    – Dunk the chicken pieces in beaten eggs
    – Dredge the chicken in the flour and spice mix again and shake off excess
    – Put the pieces on a wire rack and leave in fridge, uncovered, for an hour
    – Put the oil into the fryer and turn it on – it automatically shuts off the heat when the oil is
    at the right temperature
    – Fry 2-3 pieces at a time for 15-20 mins

You can’t go wrong with this

Anyway communication, real open communication, is not wanted or even required in a relationship. Women cannot handle fully open and honest communication, plus most perceive it as a weakness on the part of a man. All that is required is catering to her whims, and even then nothing is certain. There is no way to be sure of having a successful relationshit with a woman. MGTaoist
