Being that ZOOM is an “only on the weekend” thing, if you want to chat up on SKYPE, hit me up in a message (don’t post your info here obviously) with your skype info and I’ll add you. I’ve already talked to Greg Honda on it several times, and had a 3 person session with us and BlacqueJacque recently. So again, if anyone wants to talk, I’m always game. Just throwing that out there.
Yeah I wondered why Zoom is weekend-only. Can’t we do it all week long instead?

Attendance during the week is pathetically low due to time zones and work.
A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!

True, but everyone could just jump in and see if someone’s online. If not, stay there and disable mic and cam until you hear the chime when another brother enters, then switch both on again for a talk. It’s that simple 🙂

The use of Zoom Video Conference sessions MGTOW members have access to on the weekends are not associated with nor supported by MGTOW in any manner. The PM used to communicate with members is paid for by the Zoom license holder. While KeyMaster kindly cleans up any posting of the session invitation, there is no payment to support this effort as it is a grass roots initiative to allow another level of communication by members.
This live communication initiative actually used the Skype webconferencing system initially so that members could speak with one another. The Zoom Video Conferencing system is easier to use and has more participant functions than Skype, so these meetings transitioned in late May.
Attendance during the week is pathetically low due to time zones and work.
Spot on, the use of Zoom Videoconference on Sunday drops dramatically from that on Friday and Saturday.
The long and short is that the majority of MGTOW members are working during the week and do not/can not make time for videoconferencing except on weekends or their off days.

True Nerevar, a Zoom Video Conference license is only $90.00 USD per year, however whomever is the license holder must use, or have available, two computers to keep the session open longer than 40 minutes. If there is only one session attendee, The Zoom system shuts down to conserve resources for all Zoom System users. This is why you see two, sometimes three, muted sites labeled “Session Control” during sessions, these keep the scheduled session open and available for people to jump in and out of as they please.
Having the session run for only the weekend also ensures that the Session ID is unique for each weekend. This ensures that there is less of a chance for a vetted non MGTOW member to join the session.
Having said the above, Skype is technically able to do everything Zoom Video Conference systems does, just not as cleanly… and it’s free and does not need the extra infrastructure overhead.

Got it! Are there Skype accounts being thrown around for weekly (evening) sessions? If so, I’ll make one and send my ID to IRuleMe *insert thumbs up thing*
edit: is it just me or can’t I send a message to anyone? The option doesn’t pop up when visiting a profile.

I know of less than three groups of members doing any weekday webconferencing, but there might be others. I would suggest sending a thread out late afternoon to see if you have any takers. There might be a latent demand, but at the moment I would submit that those interested in routine webconference sessions are less than 15.
Best of luck

Skype is free. You just download the program, sign up, and then add someone to your contact list. The reason you can’t send a message is because you’re a free account on here. The only way you can message someone is if a paid member messages you first. Then you can respond. If you’re a paid member, you can message whoever you want.
What? No one wants to chat? Now my feelings are hurt. lmao
Everyone is 👻 ing bro. Get with the program.

LAME!
Anyways, send me a message and I’ll respond with my Skype username/mail address so you can add me. You can then share it with the rest of the frequent users so they can add me as well 🙂

Right, can’t edit a multiquote, wanted to add: I’ve been using skype for about 10 years, so I know how it works 😉 Still a big shame MSN Messenger got pulled and we were all forced to use Skype-only if we wanted to continue talking. I’ve lost so many contacts back in… 2013? 2014? when MSN was killed off.
