    For the first time, I cooked something using coconut oil. I made 6 eggs, and hash browns and an avocado (not oil). It tasted great, and it left a very pleasant smell. I hope cooking with coconut oil was a wise idea, health wise. They say it is, but 67% saturated fat scares me.

    If it’s healthy you want use a triglyceride like extra virgin olive oil and don’t burn it.

    I won’t eat a Mouns or Almond Joy because of it’s oils. Coconut oil is on my list of do not consume.

    Peanut butter that’s had it peanut oil extracted and replace with coconut, palm, or anything else that’s had manipulative exchanges are also on that list.

    Corn Syrup is also on my hitlist! Processed foods are BAD FOODS! You could end up looking like this;

    I like to cook using organic Canola oil,perfect for

    low to med heat,Flax seed oil is great for salads and

    veggies -just don’t cook with it.

    Natural peanut butter and roasted Almonds are good too,

    same with the Avacados.

    Stay away from Coconut and Sunflower oils though.

    Lifes a bitch,but you don't have to marry one!

    Really? I was told that coconut oil was the best for you despite what the fact label says. Besides, I only did it this one time. Normally I use extra virgin olive oil anyway. I use it on my chicken, salad, but not fish (that’s for lemon juice).

    I’ve got to be the dissenting voice here. Coconut oil is fantastic and I try to use it as often as possible. It’s tasty, goes well on low-med heat and, if you’re keto or going HFLC, it’s an essential.

    Fat and meat are the most healthy things to eat; just not too much. The nutritional content of vegetables doesn’t compare. As for carbohydrates they are only energy.

    I m just using coconut oil for cooking for over 4 years now and i recommend it highly, it tasts great and i think it is healthy for ur eyes, hair and skin.
    And it’s not just about the healthy benefits of coconutoil it’s also about evoiding the damage other oils do to your Body which u would have to take if u don’t have coconutoil.
