I don’t think businesses and the government realized what social media would become. Donald Trump is president because of it. That scares the s~~~ out of the left leaning corporate media. Very powerful people are losing control of the plot and will do everything to censor the internet. With a tech savy president who actually uses the internet to communicate directly with the public. Kinda like direct democracy, something the elite leftist hate the idea of. Only Ivy league towers should dictate public policy.

Cool. This due who I work with was telling me that those boys at 4Chan are strait-up scary. He said that they’ll go all out and WAY beyond even what’s considered crazy.

So having heard this now, I will wait patiently on the sidelines and watch the fireworks. CNN is now circling the commode. Yeah! This sounds like it will be fun to watch. I will enjoy this!!!!

All of that all took them about 72 hours.

Gamergate saw them develop their techniques and the recent election saw them successfully apply them. CNN is going to be on the receiving end of all that practice.

I don’t know what is going to happen. I do know it’s going to be fun as hell to watch.

Thank you for that. So it begins then. What I see going on here is twofold. First, CNN is apparently used to getting their way in things. That is they are accustomed to being the big kid on the block and steamrolling over whomever in their attempts to garner ratings and advertising revenue.

Enter the young gif maker. CNN reaches in to their bag of tricks and POOF!! There goes another victim. Now enter the recently developed actors, 4Chan. The internet Viet Cong. Next comes the asymmetrical warfare that the archaic brass at CNN can’t account for, and never can.

So yeah, this will be an orgy of hijinks the likes of which will cost CNN market share and capitalization. All free for us on the sidelines. Yeah. I’m moderately okay with this. Yep.

O-rings or rogue reporters, it’s all a result of hubris, Travis, and hubris is perhaps the most human of sins.

The fault is common to all organizations because people are common to all organizations. It’s just that, the larger an organization is, the more likely such events will occur.

The only way to minimize it’s effects is through a robust organizational culture which does not excuse systemic lying. Once you allow people to tell you what they think you want to hear instead of the truth, it’s only a matter of time before something horrible occurs.
