So, Clive Bundy, his sons, and a buddy were all set free today. The Federal Judge dismissed all charges with prejudice, meaning they cannot be retried. This is a big deal because it is about justice. Real, meaningful justice is to be celebrated wherever it is found.

These are, by all accounts, good men who were being hounded by the system. Our brothers can attest a bit to that…

Why does the government always bite the hand that feeds em. These are hard working men, providing high quality grass fed beef.

Serious case of federal government overreach. On top of killing one of them. Nice to hear/read a judge finally did the right thing.

    Good news.

I hope this opens the door to multiple lawsuits and criminal charges to prevent this kind of “justice” in the future.

Judge dismissed all charges with prejudice,

Good deal. These men stood up for themselves and the government ran them right over.

And yet the two ranchers that went to jail that started the whole thing are still in jail. All because the government wants to force them to sell their ranch so they can add the acreage to a wildlife refuge.

Great for the Bundy’s, not so much for the Hammond’s.
