I don’t understand why instead of facing charges for getting people killed and also lying to the victims’ parents, she got all the way up to be the Democratic nominee for the presidency?

I’m not American (but Pro-America, as I have American friends), but I do wonder if it’s about the happen, can anyone update me? she deserves to at least be investigated on the matter
