    She has gumboots…Why does she need to be carried along with the baby thereby adding additional strain on the man…It is unsafe…Let the man carry the baby and the woman walk…Its not deep and she is wearing gumboots…
    It is unsafe because the man has a higher chance of losing his balance while carrying a heavier weight…So much for equality unable to handle a foot of water…

    Oh got it. It still looks familiar. I bet those highways are going to have structural damage now with all of that water. Cracks or some such crap. Houston’s so broke that the streets don’t get fixed as it is.
