Child Support Payments?

When two person commit the same crime they should be punished equally. In no circumstances should one be punished, and the other rewarded for the same crime.

Men who are divorced with kids must pay child support. If they get laid off, or work a low paying job, they can’t pay child support and the government can send them to jail.

Women who are divorced with kids and cannot support their kids financially NEVER get sent to jail for this crime. They get rewarded with free welfare money and sometimes free housing, all paid for by income tax and sales tax of others.

I would like to extend my condolences to all those who have suffered from unfair laws such as this one. I’m not sure what I can do the change these laws. In theory, a democratic government should represent the people. In reality, the government represents women.

We were not supposed to have debtor’s prison in the USA. Somehow, they finagled the legal system to send men to prison for just that.

The women get enough benefits to elevate them to a middle class lifestyle, all at taxpayer expense. The men get jail, also at taxpayer expense, but much less comfy.
