Please post your idea’s on how to eat cheap. I don’t even care if i eat the same thing everyday, just something that’s simple, quick, and will save a buck or two.
I’ve been wasting too much money on fast food, and the freezer sections of the grocery store.
Anonymous25Get a slower cooker. Buy frozen meat and veg. It’s much cheaper. You can get frozen meat and veg already chopped up.
Chuck it all in a slow cooker with a half decent recipe. Doesn’t take more than 5-10 minutes for a big batch of at least 20 meals.
Let it cool, put it in meal sized plastic containers and freeze them. Make several different types of meals you like. Take them out as you need them. Microwave and some frozen veg from freezer in microwave and dinner is served. Just cover it in cling film in microwave or it will go everywhere.
Frozen food is much cheaper and you can eat good healthy food for a lot less.
I make stuff like a chicken curry, beef chilli, beef stew, fish pie.
Buy 1-2 lbs of hamburger and put it in a frying pan on medium high.
While it’s warming up and starting to cook, chop up half an onion and put it in there too.
While it’s cooking and starting to brown, grate up some cheddar cheese. I recommend a cuisinart, but whatever. You can even shave it with a knife.
Slice up some lettuce (shred it) thin and put that in a plastic tupperware container. Do the same with a tomato or three – diced.
Add a tablespoon or so of new mexico chile powder to the beef and stir, do the same with about 2 teaspoons of cumin. Add a little salt and a couple shakes of garlic powder.
Voila, tacos. Just put it all together in your favorite brand of shells.
Keep all the stuff in tupperware containers and just take it out, throw some meat and cheese in a shell (or three) and microwave about 30 seconds. Then add your lettuce and tomatoes and voila, tacos.
A couple pounds of meat lasts me 2-3 days or more.
Extra bonus yumminess: Add a can of diced green chiles to the meat near the end, along with a teaspoon of tomato paste for color (and a little flavor). You can also chop up some green onions and sour cream to go with the lettuce and tomato. Cherry tomatoes instead of regular are awesome for this too, but cost a dollar or two extra.
If you keep all the ingredients in tupperware containers, you can take them to work and use the microwave there to make awesome tacos for lunch. Be prepared for you coworkers to make comments about how awesome your lunch looks.

LOL. It just dawned on my the irony that 50 years ago, it was women sharing recipes so they could better attract/keep men.
Now we men are sharing recipes so we can get along better without women…..

Nice, How the f~~~ world came to this s~~~.
I mean how can i be a 32 years old doctor, divorced, no kids, handsome man, who is happier without a partner and glad i dont have kids… world is totally f~~~ed up.1Kg frozen chicken breasts. Marinade and oven cook for 30 mins will give you 4-5 meals worth. I usually have it in the fridge handy and eat it with pre-cooked vegtable rice.
I sympathize, I also have a bad habit of buying too much fast food. But lately I’ve decided to crack down on that.
Canned stew. Puritan Meatball Stew is what I like. It’s $1.25 a can here. Toss in the microwave for 300 seconds.
You could also buy those cheap mac and cheese in a box products. Probably not more than $2.00 a box.
Hahahaha.

Hunt around on YouTube and you will find a zillion different recipes. While you’re at it, study up on nutrition to make sure you are doing yourself right.
Full disclosure: I eat vitamin packed foods and take vitamin pills with minerals. Eating dorm food taught me to round up vitamin pills! I was showing symptoms of vitamin deficiency.
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

Yes that and big packs of steak on special
you can freeze too.
Whole grain pasta and rice, canned salmon or tuna,
Big bag of frozen Veggies-just as nutritious.
Mix it up and buy some sweet potatoes or Yams as well.
Freezer sections just stick with frozen veggies-
Theres a reason why grocery stores put all the natural,
nutritious foods around the outsides.
So say Chicken & Pasta one day,Salmon over Rice next
then good old Steak & Sweet Potatoes to round off.
These are all very basic-you can add whatever sauce or
make your own-and cheaper than in any restaurant-
Bonus-you KNOW it hasn’t been dropped on the floor or
spit on too!
Lifes a bitch, but you don't have to marry one!

Well it’s not “cheap”, but the first thing I would do, is enforce the rule NO PACKAGED FOODS.
Stop buying that s~~~.
Bananas OK. Coffee OK. No juice from concentrate. NO cereal. No bagels (killer). Fresh bread (in paper) only. Not that white wonder bread s~~~. Eggs OK. Fruits. Veggies. Bags of baby carrots for snacks instead of chips. You get the idea.

5 small meals a day, 3 hours apart. No bingeing.
• 1 grapefruit and 1 boiled egg. That’s it.
• 1 chicken breast and side of broccoli
etc….No carbs and proteins on the same plate.
Read “Fit For Life”. You don’t have to live it. Just read it.

The mother looks at her and just shakes her head and says that’s what we do.
I never fed myself very well at all before and the result was that I didn’t feel very good. Now that I am mgtow on my own completely I cook for myself. I have never eaten this well in my life because up until now I have either gotten fast food or women have cooked for me. Have you ever noticed that women are half ass cooks at Best?
This almost goes in with the whole survivalist thing. I go in a lot for the dried beans rice and other items that you can store without Refrigeration as well as a lot of frozen food which keeps forever. This keeps me from having to go to the supermarket which I f****** hate. Yeah also if you want to stock up on things you should stock up on things that you are going to keep and eat if you don’t need them for later. I really don’t think the world is coming to an end very soon but perhaps we should all think of money as an finite resource. All the ideas I have seen on here are ideas I wish I had adopted many years ago I would be healthier and have more money.
Big dick has a great idea you know like making your meals ahead of time and just pop them in the microwave period f*** yeah that’s awesome that way you can get f****** high or drunk and not have to worry about cooking or getting food. God damn I am so glad I came to mgtow!
I can see their heads have been twisted and fed with worthless foam from the mouth. Bob d

You’re being much too generous.
The average female burns water when she makes tea.If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.I briefly had a “fling” with a wall-eye (as in eyeing the wall – in her early fourties) that was a pretty good cook. Turns out her ex husband was a chef, so I guess she picked some of that up.
"Data, I would be delighted to offer any advice I can on understanding women. When I have some, I'll let you know." --Captain Picard,
Have you tried meal replacements like Soylent? I practically live on the stuff—something like one and a half dollars USD for 400 kilocalories, and it has, apparently, everything a balanced diet requires.
". . . elle, suivant l’usage des femmes et des chats qui ne viennent pas quand on les appelle et qui viennent quand on ne les appelle pas, s’arrêta devant moi et m’adressa la parole"—Prosper Mérimée
You guys should stay away from frozen food, trust me on this one. You were duped here. Where i live purchasing power is maybe half of those in the usa but should the poorest f~~~ by any chance spend 2 weeks in usa his first comment upon return would be that your food sucks.
Buy some fresh vegetables, meat, mix with rice or pasta, have it for few days. Steak here and there. Have a cooking book, try out cheap and easy stuff.
The choices we make, not the chances we take, determine our destiny
Well, I must admit that lately within the last few years I probably haven’t eaten very healthy either. But when it comes to cheap eating, I definitely know about that, one alright.
Based on the following descriptions I have learned to survive food wise on slightly less than $ 100.- per month:
(quick) breakfast: a bowel of cereal (a big pack lasts for about a week) and a mug of tea with milk.
midday (if hungry): some small snack in between
dinner: one cold and one hot sandwich; the cold one with brown rye bread spread cheese and a slice of salami (very quick to make); for the hot one I got myself one of those flip-open sandwich toasters and for this using the typical toast bread, which also comes in the darker corn variation with sliced cheese (1 slice per sandwich) again salami (if I like) also with a bit of diced fresh onion or garlic and spiced up with tomato pesto or tomato paste or chilli sauce or a bit of curry or whatever else have you.
drinks in between: fruit juice mixed with tab water (which over here is very good quality) half and half, that way the juice lasts longer plus the amount of acid in the juice is being reduced (hence better for the teeth).
The occasional variant frozen food only like once or twice a week at the most. That’s it. Like I said roughly 25 $ max in food costs per week. Not very healthy but it keeps me filled a-ok.
Having said that, whenever I do have some leftover extra time and money I do occasionally also cook for myself and then usually very nicely and more healthy and whenever I do I thoroughly enjoy it as I got my few good cooking skills set, alright, given the right ingredients for salads soups and meat and fish dishes…
Well, and for the record I only have go to the groceries roughly once a week.
I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Back to the plantation..? Me..? Hey, literally: I won't ever fucking kid myself...YZERLMNTSIC
Most women aren’t worth a f~~~ in the kitchen anyway. Think about it, who are the best makers of food? Chefs. Dudes are the ones that really master the craft and unravel the secrets of food.
Women tout cooking, and many of them aren’t worth a f~~~.
Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

The salt would kill me.
