Men, today marks the first time in my life that i’ve changed jobs while i’m single. I highly recommend it. The 3x i’ve done it before i always had some chick’s interests at heart. Not anymore.

I’m leaving the huge bank, going to a company 1/1000 of the size that does analytics work. No one knows how to handle information security in analytics; it’s too new to be done very well yet. I may very well be the first.

I’m not concerned that the company may be small & unstable. It’s a risk, of course. But this higher risk comes with a higher reward. I don’t have to worry about a wife & kids to support. If it all goes south, i have some $$$ put away. If it works, i’ll retire early.

So i’m taking this week off. Next week i’ll return to my old job, put in my 2 weeks notice, then take another week off. I start the new gig in Sept.

What does a MGTOW do with all this free time, you ask? Well s~~~, just a few parts of the agenda for this week:

    – Surfing
    – Tango dancing
    – Rock climbing
    – Plenty of time at the gym
    – Retaking my f~~~ing motorcycle permit test (failed 2x already, even though i passed the road test with flying colors; f~~~ me, this MGTOW has to go back to school lol)
    – Hot date with an escort or two – only what i want, no bulls~~~ & they leave when i’m done

Funny you say that – i’ve nailed pros & regular chicks. Some of the regular chicks were great, but most were ok or bad in bed.

Pros, on the other hand, are usually far better, more attentive, etc.

Ps, all things run fast in the db. Avoid client side processing.

Maybe more than you meant. The team there already built a lot of this, including hardcore back-end processing.

They’re working with clients’ data, so security is a big concern. I’m handling that, along with some more traditional technology risk concerns. Given how core that is to the clients i’ll be integral to the sales process. So that much more opportunity to $$$.

Hey, best of luck, man. Changing jobs or starting over, or moving isn’t nearly as tough without a wife and kid to weigh you down. I know plenty of men who are miserable at their jobs because if they leave it will make the family suffer, and more importantly, the wife will leave his ass.

Best of luck man, life is about risk.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

Hey @Stealthy thanks for the knowledge drop. Once i get started there i’ll be digging in to the gritty technical stuff – remote execution of process, scripted installations and/or inventory, etc etc. I may hit you up for some code then.

    Between now and then:

Then we have the corporate security gals they hire..just policy women and them generating ms word docs that just sit there.

I know – what the hell value is this s~~~? The bank i’ll soon resign from has a lot of this s~~~. Endless reports on reports on metrics on metrics. I don’t know who reads all this crap. Sigh.

Glad to be going to a smaller company; they have less time for useless bulls~~~.
