“Women are right to be angry when men treat them like objects and act like bullies and pigs.” –Chaput.

    Oh really?

Why don’t you explain how Fifty Shades of Gray is the most popular work of fiction among women of all time?

    Typical dumb cuck white knight.

I grew up Catholic and have actually met this guy before when I was kid. He the head of the archdioceses in my state before moving up the chain of command and moving to the East Coast.

I find it hypocritical how the entire pedophile sex abuse scandal was swept under the rug for so many years yet this guy has the b~~~~ to shout #Metoo from the rooftops. The priesthood was always a known haven for homosexuals and pedophiles yet the top brass never did anything about it.

There was no great cleansing of the ranks even after the abuse scandal broke out, people abandoned the church in droves yet local parishes did very little to acknowledge their wrong doings. I remember in the mid 2000s or so our parish priest making a speech about it but really condemning Catholics for leaving due to lack of faith etc… He never apologized for the Church’s actions or sympathized with the victims. Even as a teenager I could tell he was full of s~~~.

In the 60s my Uncle Henry, like many young kids, was an alter boy. One day he came running home from school/church upset. He told my grandpa that the priest tried to shove his hand down his pants but he ran away in time. My grandpa, who was a no nonsense man, went down to the church and roughed up the priest a bit and threatened to kill him if he ever went near his son again.

Needless to say I am no longer a practicing Catholic.

Not to mention all the Tinder/Instagram skanks looking for some net validation.

If he really had some b~~~~ like the Old Church he’d be calling for a new kind of woman too.

Lost respect for the Church a while ago, they started to jump on too many Left wing band wagons and even started to support Islam.

How about the Catholic Church worry about dealing with the sexual predators that they have been protecting for centuries? Those greedy f~~~ers are the last ones that should be lecturing anybody on issues of morality! Trust me, when you’re born and raised in a country like Ireland, where the Catholic Church had a stranglehold on the way of life for so long, you know exactly how greedy and corrupt these worthless pricks are!

The nerve of these pricks to go admonishing others and telling them how they should behave, while they’ve covered up sexual abuse of children by their priests for f~~~ing centuries – even going so far as to just move them to other communities where they could go abuse a whole new group of kids unaware of the past actions of these sick bastards! How f~~~ing hypocritical can you get?! Talk about the pot and the f~~~ing kettle!

Maybe he needs to read the Bible again. I think it was in John (I’m paraphrasing here) :

Blessed be the unwed man, he can devote his life and actions to God.

The married man must split his time to God and the earth, making time for his wife and children.

Basically stating that both are blessed but being single should not be shunned in any way.

Didn’t those Papal bastards get the French king to arrest, torture and kill most all the Knight Templars. Seems a lot of folks, kings and the Papacy, owed lots of money to them.

Strange he would hold that out as an example of a way to civilize males.

At dawn on Friday, 13 October 1307 (a date sometimes linked with the origin of the Friday the 13th superstition) King Philip IV ordered de Molay and scores of other Templars to be simultaneously arrested. The arrest warrant started with the phrase: “Dieu n’est pas content, nous avons des ennemis de la foi dans le Royaume” [“God is not pleased. We have enemies of the faith in the kingdom”].

How can a woman be expected to be happy with a man who insists on treating her as if she were a perfectly normal human being.

    Women are right?

Ummm – who destroys the bulk of marriages? A key sacrament of the the Church? Who?

Where is the outcry from the church about how women are bespoiling a sacrament by the millions?

Oh – and that abortion thing. I think that is also a predominately female practice?

But let’s focus on f~~~ing #MeToo bulls~~~. Right – we need a new kind of man.

How about women who take their marriage vows seriously and stop killing their babies?

But that would require self-accountability and responsibility. If they adopt those virtues how could they blame men? /sarc

The catholic church should stick to what it knows: raping choirboys.

    Hmmm, Catholic.
Is that the ritual sect (I think they are more ritual than religion) that has never-married folks guide mandatory pre-nuptial training classes for fiancés and fiancées (about how to have a better marriage)?

Is that the ritual sect that changed the Ten Commandments (from those found in the Bible)?

Is that the ritual sect that invented the Immaculate Conception (not found in the Bible)?

Is that the ritual sect that invented the Perpetual Virginity of Mary (not found in the Bible)?

Is that the ritual sect that invented the Assumption of Mary (not found in the Bible)?

Is that the ritual sect that believes a fallible man can have a group of fallible men elect him as Pope, and presto, he’s virtually infallible?

Is that the ritual sect that has folks pray to Mary (very contrary to the Bible teachings)?

Is that the ritual sect that has priests assign praying (Our Father’s) as punishment?

    Okay, I’ll stop. Sorry.

Being Orthodox I dont have to listen or care about what a papist says.

“A time is coming when men will go mad, and when they see someone who is not mad, they will attack him, saying, ‘You are mad; you are not like us.'”

As I read the article, he seems to say that society is screwed up and could benefit from more good men stepping up to positively influence it. I agree that it’s a screwed up society. But he doesn’t focus on the problem well enough. Society is screwed up because it doesn’t have enough good men running it. And the reason for that is that half of this society declared war on good men and destroyed them as fast as it could. Good men are still a target and are becoming much more aware of it. As a result, they are not stepping up, they are stepping away.

It is no surprise that the Catholic Church is alarmed about this. Instability in society is bad for donations. Female heads of households are bad for donations. Single mothers do not step up to take responsibility for their communities (church included) at nearly the rate that those blue pill family men did for centuries.

Men with power take care of themselves, their families, and their communities – Elks, Moose, Shriners, Knights of Columbus etc etc etc.. All charitable fraternities of men self organized and committed to taking care of people other than themselves. Organizations set up by women are purposed to advance the agenda of women, and only women. Women with power take care of themselves and (maybe) their children and no one else. Not the neighborhood, the community, the church or society at large.

If this guy wants to save society, he should be advocating to put control over it into the hands of those people who have historically accepted responsibility for making the effort and sacrifices necessary to establish and maintain it (for everyone). Until then, he is just calling for more men to step forward and cooperate with a society that devalues and destroys them.

Look, it's not my fault that tornado dropped a house on your sister. Now get back on your broom and get your ass out of here... and take your monkeys with you
