I thought what I'd do was I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes...or should I?

It’s a classic two sides to one story; irresponsibility vs. the ugly measures that must be taken in the wake of it’s outcome. They’re called “house cats” for a reason. I would expect the same thing to happen to my goats if I allowed them to roam around climbing on parked cars and eating everyone’s gardens…

I agree house cats should stay in doors, however, cats hunting birds is part of nature. Maliciously going after them in some ill attempt of future signaling is deplorable.

Deplorable is always in the wake of irresponsibility. When a man is endlessly robbed of his sanctuary by the irresponsible behavior and unmitigated intrusive actions of others, his measures may appear extreme but they must be taken regardless of the fact that it’s ugly.

People generally degenerate into an attitude of discern for the conventional ways when they’re endlessly violated without redress or reprieve, they start taking matters down the only avenue delivering results. They take measures necessary to end the transgression.

I saw what a cat can do to a classic car when they get themselves trapped under the cover, THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE!
I have no sympathy for the people’s who’s menace on society is terminated.

cats hunting birds is part of nature.

True, but not in the dimensions that are there now. There´s just too much cats killing too much birds, mice, moles, small mammals and as for Australia a lot of marsupials (that are endangered) and those got their purpose too . Actually it is the owners fault for not having the cats neutered. Cats breed like crazy and multiply (2-3 times a year) in uncontrolled numbers and kill all the wildlife for training while their feeding dish waits at home. Of course the cats could be just trapped and then neutered… but in some areas there just too much cats and they´d probably still kill endangered species even when neutered.

In nature (wild)cats would get killed by bigger predators (Wolf, Bobcat, etc.) and thus their population would not get out of hand, this does not apply to house cats, thanks to their owners, so they have to be reduced in some way..,. The alternative to shooting them, would be poison or gas them which is a slow and more painful process.

I got zero problem with this.
    Too many cat’s?
    F~~~ing kill them.
    Problem solved.
Humane is for HUMANE BEINGS..not feral cats..
The cat lovers obviously didn’t love their precious little kitty’s enough to have them neutered. .
    Now they get neutralized..

Ya know, out of wisdom alone I wouldn’t kill someone’s pet, the repercussions are far to risky and foolish, a cat with a diamond collar is someone’s pet and shooting it would be the second wrong of two wrongs, but stray cats marauding in uncontrolled numbers fighting and screaming all night long is something nobody wants.

People care as much about their actions as tossing litter from their cars to collect and blow around someone’s property until they pick it up, therefore I can see someone frustrated with a wild cat invasion going hunting.

Damn MG-Tower, you just summed up women’s behavior in one sentence.

Strays run all around my neighborhood. A person can only take so much before they push back. Our humane societies don’t do enough to curb the population. Sometimes an organization like Cat Busters is necessary. I would gladly pay someone to rid my street of them.
