Saw it twice this weekend and hands down by far the best marvel movie to date. Besides cap getting a kiss and short scene of Vision playing house with Scarlet Which, it was 2.5 hours of arguing and epic fighting. The Russo brothers effin knockd it out of the park.
Also, Tom Holland NAILED spider man, can’t wait for his homecoming next year.
Any else see it?
I thought what I'd do was I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes...or should I?
Saw it last night.
Lots of funny one-liners.
Bucky and Falcon in the VW made me laugh out loud.I loved it. Airport scene is the best scene. I recall getting a little mad that Carter took Steve’s speech, but then I also quickly realized that maybe they were giving homage to it and cut out the speeches in awkward places. The movie deserves its praise.

Bucky and Falcon in the VW made me laugh out loud.Haha yah that was deff one the best one liners. Glad they toned down the frequency of jokes, ultron felt like a bloopers outtake.

Deff, You’re right it would have seemed out of place with a internal monologue. Glad they did it with Sharon when they did though, perfect timing.

I’m not going to spoil anything, this is all off the top of my head with the comics.
It isn’t an internal monologue speech. It was Cap’s speech to Spiderman who switched sides and needed a moral boost because the whole public was against their moral stand. I think Spiderman initially switched because Luke Cage got killed which threw him in a moral panic about what Tony was doing.
So it makes sense they scrapped it because there is no Luke Cage or event like that. It wouldn’t have made sense to have Peter switch sides in this movie as it would have been convoluted to explain why. They simply give you the hint with the locked up Avengers, and Tony realizing that the government took it too far and that scene you see in the trailers with War Machine down.
Much better than the actual comic Civil War in a lot of ways. Now we need Hulk to start World War Hulk and put the pain on some n~~~~s.
“I’ve got a package here for Tony Stank”
best line ever.
I bathe in the tears of single moms.
One of the best Marvel movies to date. Saw it twice and it was just truly epic. There isn’t even much feminism going on it, either. Scarlett Witch is very powerful but that’s totally fine, and Black Widow’s fight scenes were done very well and seemed plausible due to her fighting style (a hybrid of striking/grappling). She did survive a close encounter grenade blast virtually unscathed, but whatever, I’ll let it slide.
Otherwise it was epic in every way. The Fight scenes between Cap and Iron Man were f~~~ing orgasm inducing. Especially that slow-mo montage of them face-to-face. Incredible.
Black Panther was sick as hell and Spidey killed it as well. Loved his fight scenes at the airport. I’m so happy to hear that the Russo brothers will be directing Avengers part 3. They will knock it out the park.
Saw it this past Friday with a few buddies of mine and we loved it.
The action, the one liners, the CGI, the jokes and Black panther’s onscreen. The film was far better than “Batman VS Superman” no offence to DC fans.
I know the SJW nether apes are probably all p~~~y that Black widow got thrown under the bus so that black panther could have his “moment” but who gives a damn.
The movie was awesome and I recommend it.
Anonymous42THIS SUCKS!
Out here in the sticks all the drive in theaters are long gone and the only cinema around was condemned for structural hazards and torn down.
I think I’ll go jerk off….

I’m gonna have to tell you guys this. The MCU is one of the only things on television and in the movies that keeps me going to the movies. With the exception of Jessica Jones, I really liked every other work from the MCU, especially Civil War.
Marvel Studios need to keep this up. Hopefully Coogler doesn’t push any of his agenda in the Black Panther film.

Anonymous11A non SJW propaganda film. I may actually go view it on the big screen.
I’ve plenty of money in the entertainment budget since I cut the cord.

Very true, it could be possible that spidey is the one that convinces cap and co to unite for infinity war.
F..Yeah, fingers crossed we get WWH.

hahahaha!! Dude I lost it when he said that, effin brilliant. <3 Stan Lee

Well said, indeed. That Slow mo scene was straight out of the comics, must like a lot of shots in the film.

Hey man, if you ever want to make it to the movies on the best screen in MA hit me up. Jordans has a imax 4k laser projection that includes seats with subwoofers in them. I can barely watch movies at regular theaters anymore.

Deff check it out, not even joking the best film they did to date.
Just a little disclaimer. If you’ve ever gone to see a movie that was hyped you will unconcially look for holes and ways to show its not as good as others say. Flip side of the coin when you don’t have much expectations you’re not as critical and can enjoy the movie more.
I thought what I'd do was I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes...or should I?
one of the best films I’ve seen in ages
the airport scene almost had me jizzing in my pants and the big confrontation at the end was epic. Going to see it again next week
Only time I thought it was going to go Rey Wars was the Winter Soldier escape scene (no spoilers) – he was beating everyone up and then Sharon Carter confronted him and I was expecting her to take him down (I was ready to raise my eyes) but she also got the crap kicked out of her so no issue
and also special mention to the bit with Vision where Hawkeye takes Scarlett Witch’s hand to lead her off from the Avengers building…if that had been Rey Wars then there would have been a “stop holding my hand” line, but no such crap in this
great film and if you haven’t seen it then definitely make the effort
… then Sharon Carter confronted him and I was expecting her to take him down (I was ready to raise my eyes) but she also got the crap kicked out of her so no issue
This, same goes with guys as well. Every hit, you felt. Every toss or drop, you felt. When Black Widow got chocked out in that same scene, you could see her gasping for breath and in pain. Small things but it certainly makes it more believable.
