As you probably know there is no screen for testicle cancer in men. There’s women’s breast screening for women but nothing with men. However you can check your own testicles, feel for anything out of the ordinary lumps. Here’s a site gives you instructions how to do it. It’s written by a doctor so it should be good. If you’re getting your annual check up it’s a good idea for your doctor to check your testicles.

Consuming a healthy diet is important to avoiding most diseases. I avoid as much processed foods as possible, especially processed meats which is linked to cancer.

I aim to eat food which is in its most natural state. This is the best way to ensure you get all the vitamins, minerals, calcium and proteins needed to maintain good skin, strong bones/joints and muscle and of course, avoid cancer and other harmful toxins that can inhibit sleep patterns or mood. I’m a dietician and personal trainer so I can pretty much assure you that this is the most effective way of maintaining weight control and good health without boring you with a load of science jargon.

You need fat to process vitamin D, and vitamin D to break down calcium and protein. Ensure you eat fish (omega 3) or other omega fats (omegas 6 and 9) to ensure all fats consumed are healthy fats the body can use properly. This also helps men produce enough testosterone. Omega fats help men more than women and help to keep LDL low and HDL high, and helps arteries around male sexual organs remain clear and less prone to cancer.
