    Hi,

    So I want to cancel my ghost subscription and go back to free membership but even though I have sent a request for cancellation as well as a few emails nothing happens?

    Anyone else experiencing this?

    Keymaster is currently overwhelmed with emails at the moment. He’ll get to it when he can and will credit whatever you were billed once you requested the change.
