    Hi Guys,
just came upon this as I was browsing and wondered what the general take is.

The idiot thought that he could get their relationship back on track by piercing his condom and getting her pregnant.

It worked until he told her later.

For me, what he did was totally immoral and there is no way I could support what he did.

What I do object to is that he gets done for Sexual Assault ?

How many women pull this sort of s~~~ and why don’t they get done for sexual assault.

He is a dumbass first and foremost. But the rule to that trick is to never admit to it. That’s how women get away with it. My son’s mother did this to me, I am beyond positive about it. She will never ever admit to it though.

If women didn’t have double standards, they would have no standards at all.

I don’t see how it could be sexual assault. This decision means that not only must you get consent, but you also agree on whether birth control is or is not used. It places conditions on the sex that must be met and means the partipants cannot lie about those conditions..

    Here some examples.
    – Woman tells man she is on the pill, but is not. SEXUAL ASSAULT.
    – Woman tells man she is disease free, but is not. SEXUAL ASSAULT.
    – Woman tells man she isn’t seeing anybody else. SEXUAL ASSAULT.
    – Woman tells man she isn’t interested in his income. SEXUAL ASSAULT.
    – Woman tells man that she is still fertile, but had her tubes tied. SEXUAL ASSAULT.
    – Woman tells man she won’t ask him for a commitment. SEXUAL ASSAULT.
    – Woman assumes man hasn’t had a vasectomy, but he did. NOT SEXUAL ASSAULT.

Back on the original case, if she hadn’t been pregnant, would there be no sexual assault?

Such a huge can of worms.

    Ok. Then do it.

She did. This is all about $$ and advancing the matriarchy.

No doubt. The silver lining as narwhal eluded to is that under the equal protection clause, you may be able to argue that when a woman does it to a man then it is also sexual assault.

I wouldn’t hold my breath, but there may be a case there (I know it’s in Canada, but it could spread here).

Then under the “fruit of the poison tree” doctrine, you may be able to argue that she isn’t entitled to a dime of child support.

Well, the road beat me to calling him a “dumbass” so I’m going to call him out as having taken about 100 too many blue pills. Since he himself pricked the condom, I harbor suspicions of mangina too.

Sexual assault is bulls~~~. She wanted the hot beef injection = no assault. I have zero empathy for whatever happens to him civilly though such is the potential price of the blue pill.

I agree C-Pig, at best it’s paternity fraud, but they can’t call it that in C~~~ada because women do it all the time and it’s perfectly legal, admitting it was paternity fraud would upset their fragile injustice system.

    I wouldn’t f~~~ a C~~~nadian woman a thousand miles away with remote control dick!

I’m sure he logic behind labeling it assault is the unwanted physical contact between his sperm and her vagina. But that’s ridiculous because said contact is not traumatic, painful, etc. He should have to answer in civil court for what he did but it is far from a criminal matter. Criminal convictions carry far more stigma and have worse consequences. EXTREMELY f~~~ed up that he has to register as a sex offender.

Ironically, this situation (in some way at least) probably speaks to the greater honesty of males. Females who did the equivalent would fess up much less often.
