So here we have it. Leave it to a group of people who think they are above everybody else. Let them invent reality, up is down, down is up, the sky is purple and the ocean pink.
Well here we have serious newspaper calling for a 20% pay cut for men to equalize the gender non existent sex pay gap.
If we want to rally the needed support to solve the problem, we should stop focusing on raising women’s pay, because clearly that hasn’t worked. There’s another way of closing the gap: We should make every man in this country take a 20-per-cent pay cut. Overnight, we’d go from the status quo to pitchforks in the street, all-out political fury.
So the only reason they don’t cut all men’s salaries or, more likely, tax men an extra 20% because….”Gender Pay Gap” is that they’re worried about riots.
They clearly are public calling for more gradual…the heat in the pot full of crabs goes up slowly to boil those crabs. So they are slowly acting against men hoping none will notice.
Well, we notice.
This is the first time I have felt the need for the NRA and protections for my right to bear arms.

This is why it’s important to have other means of income. Off grid earning.
They can keep swisting and turning the rules but the one thing men can do that women can’t is survive no matter what hits us.
Hell why not just give the women 10% more money across the work place, take our homes, money, kids … and here we still are.

They can have equal pay when Canadian women do equal dying doing dangerous work.

Who said the Globe and Mail was a serious newspaper? Over the years, I’ve seen it go from a proper publication to gaudy fishwrap. It’s become the Sun without the cheesecake photos.

So, I read this article and first of all Dave McGinn (the author of the article) is not a woman. Secondly, doesn’t it bother anyone else that this guy is touting for women’s rights yet it says that if/when the men’s salary drops by 20% all the men would be kicking in the front door of the tax man guns blazing within a day. But wait, these women who have been “suffering” for years have not raised nary even a finger to fight (not bitch, moan and argue) for their rights. It’s almost like they are trying to get us to fight their wars for them…speaking of which-
Maybe there is a reason why women can no longer serve on the front lines of a US military operation in a combat position. For the most part women are smaller than men, even if they were the same size as men a woman’s natural percent body fat is higher than men by 3-7%. Ergo even if they did weigh as much as us they would still have less muscle mass = less force can be exerted (see physics, newtons law)
In fact I would go so far as to say that men and women are not equal. We have different body parts, chemistry, thought patterns, objectives and goals. Hell girls your unique just like everyone else.

Following the links, one finds that the source for the unexplained 40% of the gap is a 2007 paper referencing a 2006 paper using data from 1998 full-time workers in the U.S. Does that apply to Canada in 2015? Perhaps we should find out…The whole *gap* was 20%. Yes, 41% was unexplained, but that means the unaccounted gap was actually 8% or so. This might be due to many things, including women not being as forthright in arguing for raises or higher pay.
In related news: Canadian economy collapses as Canadian Men do 40% less work. “Why should we come into the office on Mondays or Fridays when we’re not going to be paid for it?” say Canadian Men. “Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got a brand new ski-doo I’ve been wanting break in. I was going to spend this weekend finishing the Hoffman Account, but why bother? Having fun seems a better use of my valuable time.”

We’re not going to work so you can take money from us that you have no entitlement to.
How about a 20% WORK increase for the “ladies” to equal out the hours “WORKED”.
Somewhere along the way I must have missed a turn when I started working at a civilian job. I get paid to produce for my employer, not to sit there and look pretty and chat. (hell I’d definitely be getting over paid for that).

If someone gave me a 20% pay cut on account of my genitalia, I would make sure to do sabotage that costs more than the pay cut. No self-respecting man suffers nonsense like this without a fight.

Women do as much work as a man to get paid as much as a man? Absurd! lol. Women don’t want to work harder jobs. They sometimes don’t even care about their current job enough. I have told women bitching that if they really are getting paid less then a man in the same job then go to court because they have reason to sue and they ignore me or just cry patriarchy. It basically comes down to women being told to fight for their equal pay and saying “that sounds like a lot of work, nevermind”

Anonymous42Keep pay the same for women, just lower the work hours for men by 20%, that way we can go fishing, hunting, and join other men enjoying their lives, let women do the work! F~~~in off is the key to happiness and mental serenity, I like this part of gender reversal.

Yes.
And then all women would be out of the workforce completely. Only men would have jobs.
