“A Canadian court has declared two men in a polyamorous relationship with a woman as legal parents of a child in the first such case in the country’s history.
The Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court came up with a ruling in April, but it was only publicly announced last week. Canadian law recognizes polyamorous relationships, but bars bigamy and polygamy, in which the same person is involved in several marriages.

“Society is continuously changing and family structures are changing along with it,” Justice Robert Fowler wrote in his decision. “This must be recognized as a reality and not as a detriment to the best interests of the child.”

My analysis:
“Best interests of the child” = “man (men in such case) owe money to woman”

What’s happening there?
They’re recognizing as a family unity a woman and her two cucks because it benefit the child woman, since it’s in the child woman’s best interests then the decision is easy.

But equality under the law matters, so it’ll have to be applied even in the opposite situation: a man and two women, in example.

That is a really good question. How does divorce work if you have 2 wives? Or even 3?

Because if one out of the three ask for a divorce, how do they split up the wives?

Or how to they pay her alimony? Or even give her her share of the assets?

It seems to me that in this case, having 2-3 women seems to have a backfire effect on women in the family court? Cuz the other 2 wives are still needed to be cared for. So if one goes away? Then the other 2 then have grounds to also leave, and then they all end up getting f~~~ed.

So if one takes off, how to they handle that?

Be an interesting question to ask if anyone knows the answer.
