I was thinking about it. I understand that they can’t love (way too self-centered). Considering that nowadays they don’t really know the concepts of “honor”, “power” and “strength” (thanks to KeyMaster for explaining the last two ones), I suppose, that the answer is a definite NO.

Which, at the same time, leads me to the friendship with females, when friendship is also based on mutual respect, thus, that’s another proof that the genuine friendship between a man and woman is not possible.

Am I missing something?
Can there be any exceptions? (not that I really want to believe it, it’s just having exceptions will point out some flaws in my thinking).

My personal answer is a qualified “yes”.
I have female friends. I do not allow them to use me for a doormat which takes a bit of vigilance.

This ties into the question of “can a stupid woman appreciate a smart man”. See when you are with a woman that is as dumb as a box of rocks, she doesn’t appreciate how intelligent you are. She knows on a basic level that you are smart, but she can’t really grasp how smart, so the fact that you are much smarter than other men, doesn’t really register accurately to her, because to her, most men are smarter than she is.

Now apply this to respect. Respect is something most men learn early on and have it taught to them in the School of Hard Knocks. Disrespect a man, and there will be dangerous conflict. A woman who is privileged in society and sheltered from consequences from disrespecting others, cannot truly learn to respect others. Essentially, she is ignorant of the concept of respect. If she had the possibility of having her ass whipped when she stepped out of line, like every man does, she would understand it fairly quickly.

I have three female friends that I know respect me. One I had a short fling with until we both realised we were just doing it for comfort.

Now I’m 55 and they range 50-62 so they’re from a different era from todays women who I think have no respect for themselves let alone men.

My answer is going to be maybe. The only reason I say that is because when I was 23 years old (I am 29 now) I actually dated a woman who was not so bad overall and I blew it myself because I had too much of a hard time believing that she could actually be different. I have yet to find another one since but I believe the its possible but VERY UNLIKELY.

It’s a parent’s job to enforce boundaries and a child’s job to test them. LAYDEEZ never grow up & “married” men have had all power stripped  by the government,  they can’t enforce anything.  “Husbands love your wives”  men have, men will.  “and a wife must respect her husband” They don’t, they won’t. That was actually a good point brought up by YouTuber BlackRam313.  He pointed out that Biblically speaking, it calls for husbands to love their wives, but not for wives to love their husbands…only respect them.  It may have to do with women not being capable of loving men or something of that sort.
