Documenting “affirmative consent” might help defend against any false charges proffered by some lying skank. The whole “we’re passing a law that men are required to get consent before sex” thing is a DISTRACTION away from the fact that getting female consent is NOT THE PROBLEM.

It’s set up this way on purpose.

1. They say “you need a woman’s consent – contractually by law”.

I read once a very complete and cogent way that universities are financially way better off expelling a charged student than fighting the student false accuser of rape. I don’t remember the details but it was something like:

– The university get’s federal money
– The university get’s extra funds via Title IX coordinator funds from the federal government.
– Even if the accused is found innocent in criminal court, the university is saved the financial and publicity fiasco a false allegation, if deemed “true”, the preponderance of evidence standard in civil court cases (except of course there is due process)

All adding up to a large financial benefit to the university of finding the accused male student (always male) guilty in their kangaroo court than innocent.

I think I’m missing some other renumeration the university gains from accepting false allegations as true.

Women have a few “big guns” in their arsenal by which they attempt to control us.
Divorce is one. Sexual assault charges are another.

It is really not so much about getting consent. (getting “permission” is lame) It is more about practicing “defensive Mgtow” so these beasts can’t stick us with false sexual assault charges.

How does one prove Affirmative Consent without going he said versus she said? We all know how that one works.
