Here’s another reason to either use a condom or not have coitus:

“California has no statute of limitations on past due child support payments; child support is enforceable until paid in full.”

So not only can a judge make you pay for impregnating some bimbo at a party decades ago, (s)he can make you pay interest as well. This state wants to make sure you pay up! Imagine if you’re all set up to cash out your pension for retirement, and then the “free love” hippie girl you f~~~ed in the 1970s shows up on your doorstep holding some court papers.

She got knocked up, but just now remembered to tell you about it—which is similar to this woman’s story:

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

The system, and the judge, get a slice of that pie each time you send a payment.
This is why they love the current, f~~~ed up system.
    Same goes for alimony extortion.

All reason has gone out the window, no one would argue about taking care of children, but waiting to tell a man about his child decades later then expecting him to pay up is mind blowing. Not only robbing a man of his child but taking from him when he is close to the end. Such evil, and it happens often.

Hopefully, more men will continue to wake up to this and knowing the SS fund is also raided by the family court and law enforcement system is an added nail. There will be a special place in hell for those that use the family court as a weapon.

And how much of this money did the daughter get? The daughter suffered as well and yet the 74 year old mother gets to “enjoy her golden years in retirement”. More proof that the system is not about the best interests of the child but rather the best interests of the woman.
Now does the child in question get to go after the man as well? Since the story is from California, I wouldn’t be surprised.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

    Vasectomy.

Better still, vasectomy and monk. Even being a player is too dangerous – vasectomies don’t prevent false rape allegations.

I read the article. He knew about his daughter. She was three when they got divorced. He bounced on his daughter. I have no sympathy for him.

There you have it. Did she split it with the kid to make up for all of the things that she couldn’t give to her daughter because the deadbeat dad didn’t pay? After all, it wasn’t for HER, it was for the daughter. ALL of the money should go to the daughter. At minimum split it between the two.
