One of the few interesting things about being in this state is looking over some sub-cultures. Cajun being one Creole being another. In the video, some of the interesting things about the Cajun culture is what a big part the men play in the day to day life. Teaching the next generation. Men doing the cooking and teaching the son how it is done. Another point is even today a good number get around 80% of food from the land/water. Farming, fishing and hunting.

Now that is a wonderful story about life in America. Nice to see this.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

Men cook a lot better than women do. When I have cooked with women they are always asking if an ingredient will taste good or not in the dish. I just always seemed to know one way or another.
