It’s much the same here in USA. A relative of my friend got away with murder because of his mental illness. His mental illness was caused by huffing spray paint and stuff until he was retarded. Killed a guy and got off with a psych treatment and meds. A few years later he killed his own parents, neighbors and himself. His medication got switched up. This is the same country where a guy gets 15 years for a tiny little piece of crack cocaine.
