Buddy going to prison because of his ex

He just got found guilty of second degree assault, after more than a year of mis-trials and a hung jury. 9 out of 12 jurors older females found him guilty this time. He has a month before sentencing and is appealing the decision.

His drunk girlfriend broke into his house and room and he hit her with the buttstock of his shotgun. She’s a big girl. Tried pushing her way into my apartment one time looking for him. I had to push her out. Anyways, my buddy took it to the next level and gave her the buttstock this time when she wouldn’t leave. Well he didn’t get arrested until a few days later, after she had told her friends and went to work. The whole SWAT team showed up and arrrested him.

We had been doing training with guns and we both have lots of them, he keeps his in a safe. They basically painted him as a terrorist with an unneccsary aresenal and took all his guns, ammo, and body armor plates. He went to jail and bail was set at $75,000 on and Assault 1 charge. Got lowered to Assault 2 and finally bailed out for $10,000 his Dad paid.

He is an Alasakan fishermen and missed his season because of this. His first trial was a hung jury, only 4 jurors found him guilty. The second and third mis-trials. Now on the 4th he got found guilty 9 out of 12.. I don’t know how they can try someone so many times… it’s a circus. They were waving his guns around in court saying he was a danger to society and s~~~.

This is like my best friend, we go fishing together a lot and he’s really cool and calm most of the time. Only when he’s drinking does bad things happen. Him and his ex were heavy drinkers when they were together.

After he got out of jail on bail he got a new girlfriend which I advised him against since I was going MGTOW. Well one night they were on his property wheeling her Jeep in the woods when it caught on fire and had to be put out by the Fire dept. The Sheriff’s showed up and almost tased him because they thought he was with the ex girlfriend that had the no contact order. Luckily they figured it out and he didn’t go to jail. All while waiting for his trial.

Moral of the story stay away from them, they will f~~~ up your life and throw you under the bus. He’s looking at 12-92 months…. Guns taken away, and felony conviction.

This just sucks.

Men avoid jury duty. This is not good because you get jurys of mostly women ,who dont hold other women accountable and will hang any man they can. When i was young i gave up drinking. Ten years ago i gave up women. Two best things i ever did for myself.

Exactly man! Get yourself a job; train yourself hard to be able to survive on bare minimum; abstain from alcohol if you can (by working out, taking up new hobbies; and for the helpless, there are always support groups).

This is exactly what I will do; a man needs but a few things in life…. and a woman is but an option, not a necessity.
